| المستخلص: | In this work, the exact solution of vibrating problem described by one dimensional damped wave equation using Laplace Transform is presented. The motion of an elastic fixed ends string which are subjected to a drag force has been investigated. In addition, the role of the initial displacement has been discussed and the exact solution obtained is illustrated and graphically presented. |
