| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الدور الذي تؤديه تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول في الحد من خطاب الكراهية المتمثل في الإساءة للرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم-؛ للكشف عن كيفية توظيف الدعاة والأئمة والوعاظ لهذه التطبيقات في هذا الإطار، ومدى إسهامها في الحد من خطاب الكراهية، وأشكال توظيف المبحوثين لها في هذا الشأن، والكشف عن أفضل السبل لمواجهة هذا الخطاب، وموقف الدعاة والأئمة والوعاظ من هذه الظاهرة، اعتمادا على منهج المسح، من خلال دراسة وصفية استخدمت أداتي الاستقصاء والمقابلات المتعمقة؛ للحصول على البيانات والمعلومات التي تحقق أهداف الدراسة التي تم تطبيقها على 400 مفردة من الدعاة والأئمة والوعاظ وباحثي الفتوى بالمؤسسات الدعوية المختلفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى حرص المبحوثين على استخدام هذه التطبيقات في الحد من خطاب الكراهية المتمثل في الإساءة للرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم-، في ظل محدودية التواصل الدعوي المباشر مع الجمهور، وإتاحة هذه التطبيقات لخدمات تفاعلية تتيح التواصل بسهولة مع الجمهور، وقد جاءت تطبيقات ((التواصل الاجتماعي (فيس بوك- تويتر- واتس آب- إنستجرام- سناب شات)) في مقدمة التطبيقات التي يعتمد عليها المبحوثون، وجاءت ((كتابة التدوينات والمنشورات ونشرها عبر التطبيقات المختلفة)) و ((استخدام البث المباشر)) كأبرز أشكال توظيف عينة الدراسة لهذه التطبيقات، وتمثلت أفضل سبل مواجهة هذه الإساءة في: ((عرض نماذج لتعامل الرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم- مع الآخر))، و ((إطلاق منصة إعلامية بلغات متعددة)) للتعريف بسيرة الرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم-. The study sought to explore the role of mobile phone applications in reducing hate speech by insulting the Messenger, Peace be upon him, to reveal how Muslim preachers employ these applications in reducing hate speech, and the extent of their contribution to reducing hate speech represented by insulting the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. Peace be upon him, and the forms of employing the respondents in this regard, revealing the best ways to confront hate speech, and the position of preachers, imams and preachers from this phenomenon, depending on the survey method, through a descriptive study that used the survey tools and in-depth interviews to obtain data and information that achieve the objectives of the study that It was applied to 400 respondents from preachers, imams, preachers and fatwa researchers in various advocacy institutions, the study concluded to, The study found the respondents’ keenness to use these applications to reduce hate speech represented by insulting the Messenger, Peace be upon him, in light of the limited direct communication with the public, and the availability of these applications for interactive services that allow easy communication with the public. (Facebook- Twitter- WhatsApp- Instgram- Snapchat) “at the top of the applications that respondents depend on, and writing blogs and publications and publishing them through various applications, and “using live broadcasts” were the most prominent forms of employing the study sample for these applications, and the best ways were represented Confronting this abuse in presenting examples of the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, dealt with others who differ in belief or thought, , and launching a “media platform” in multiple languages to introduce the biography of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. |
