| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تحقيق الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية لإدارات المدارس من تدريسيي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مدرسي الاختصاصات الأخرى في بغداد، باعتماد منهج البحث الوصفي، على عينة من مدرسي بعض المدارس المتوسطة للبنين المنسوبين لست مديريات عامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد المستمرين بالدوام الرسمي للعام الدراسي (2021/2022) ويمارسون التدريس فيها كلا حسب اختصاصه الدقيق عدا مدرسي التربية الرياضية، وهم من المنسوبين لمتوسطات يديرها من هم من اختصاص التربية الرياضية فقط في هذه المديريات الست، البالغ عددهم (482) فرد يمثلون ما نسبته (12.274%) من المجتمع الأصل، تبنى الباحثان مقياس هذا المتغير لمسح آراء وميول واتجاهات عينة التطبيق بواسطته في العاصمة بغداد للمدة الممتدة من يوم (1/12/2021) ولغاية يوم (28/1/2022)، والتي كانت في مقر هذه المدارس المتوسطة، وتتحقق الباحثان من معالجة النتائج بنظام (SPSS) لتكون الاستخلاصات والتطبيقات بأنه لدى إدارات المدارس من اختصاص التربية الرياضية مستوى مقبولا لإمكانية تحقيق الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية، كما تمتلك مستوى متقدما من قدرتهم على حل المشكلات التربوية التي تساعد على تحقيق الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية، وأن مستوى القدرة على التخطيط التربوي لدى إدارات المدارس من اختصاص التربية الرياضية بحاجة إلى دعم معرفي شامل ليكون بمستوى متقدم لديهم، لأهمية هذا النوع من التخطيط في الإدارة من وجهة نظر مدرسي الاختصاصات الأخرى، ومن الضروري لكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة الاهتمام بدعم زيادة حصص مادة الإدارة الرياضية أو ما يتفرع منها من مواد دراسية، وذلك لحاجة سوق العمل من مخرجات هذه الكليات لتولي مهام إدارية ضمن عملهم المهني مستقبلا. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of achieving the educational goals of school administrations in Baghdad. Descriptive research method was adopted on a sample of Boys Middle Schools teachers attributed to six general directorates of education in the province of Baghdad, and continuing teaching for (2021/2022) each according to his specialization. Except for physical education teachers, who are affiliated with mediums run by those who specialize in physical education only in these six directorates, they are numbered (482) individuals which represent (12.274%) of the origin community. The researchers adopted a measure to achieve the educational and educational goals as a scale to survey the opinions, tendencies and trends of the application sample. The researchers verified their results by using the (SPSS) system, in middle schools at various regions in Baghdad, the capital, for the period extending from (1/12/2021) until (28/1/2022).
