| المستخلص: | مع التطور السريع لتقنية المعلومات، وتطور المواقع الإخبارية للجامعات، كإعلام حديث الولادة، يعتبر الموقع الإخباري للجامعة نافذة لعرض نشاطات الجامعة المختلفة ومع ذلك فإن الجامعات عادة ما تتجاهل قواعد صياغة ونشر الأخبار، وتسيء فهم معنى كتابة الخبر حسب ملاحظة الباحث لبعض الأخبار المنشورة بموقع جامعة طرابلس، وباعتبار الباحث عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة طرابلس ومتخصص في الصحافة والأخبار بشكل دقيق، ومتابع جيد للأخبار المنشورة بموقع الجامعة وما لاحظه من عدم اتباع القواعد السليمة في كتابة الخبر وتركيز الأخبار على جهة معينة فقط، سيحاول الباحث في هذه الورقة دراسة وتحليل الأخبار المنشورة في موقع جامعة طرابلس على الإنترنت وذلك لتأكيد تلك الملاحظات التي أشرنا إليها سابقا. وبذلك يكون التساؤل الرئيس لمشكلة البحث هو ما الاتجاهات المتضمنة في للأخبار المنشورة موقع جامعة طرابلس؟ وماهي العناصر الفاعلة في هذه الأخبار؟ وهل هي مطابقة للقواعد السليمة في كتابة الخبر؟ وتمثلت أهداف البحث في تصنيف الموضوعات التي تحتويها الأخبار المنشورة على موقع جامعة طرابلس، ومدى تطابق كتابة الخبر مع قواعد كتابة الخبر الصحفي من الناحية المهنية، وأيضا البحث عن الاتجاهات المتضمنة في المواد الصحفية المنشورة td موقع جامعة طرابلس. هذا وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نقاط أهمها أن مجمل الأخبار المنشورة في موقع جامعة طرابلس تتناول نشاطات السيد رئيس الجامعة، وهناك قصور واضح في تغطية نشاطات الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين، كما أنه لا يوجد إشارة واضحة لمصدر الخبر في كل الأخبار التي تم نشرها في الموقع، لا يوجد سوى صورة واحدة من ضمن العناصر المرافقة أو المصاحبة للخبر، كما توصل الباحث إلى عدم وجود تجديد في صياغة الخبر بل كانت نمطية وتقريبا ذات قالب واحد متشابه في كل الأخبار، وأخيرا لا وجود للعناصر التفاعلية في كل الأخبار. With the rapid development of information technology, and the development of news websites for universities, such as newborn media, the university’s news website is considered a window to display the various activities of the university. However, universities usually ignore the rules of drafting and publishing news, and misunderstand the meaning of writing the news according to the researcher’s observation of some news published on the University of Tripoli website. As the researcher is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli and specializes in journalism and news accurately, and a good follower of the news published on the university’s website and what he noticed about not following the proper rules in writing the news and focusing the news on a specific party only, the researcher will try in this paper to study and analyze the news published on the university’s website Tripoli on the Internet in order to confirm those observations we referred to earlier. Thus, the main question of the research problem is what are the trends included in the published news on the University of Tripoli website? What are the actors in this news? Is it consistent with the correct rules in writing the news? The objectives of the research were to classify the topics contained in the news published on the University of Tripoli website, and the extent to which writing the news corresponds to the rules of writing the press release from a professional point of view, as well as searching for trends included in the published press materials on the University of Tripoli website. This research has reached several points, the most important of which is that the entirety of the news published on the University of Tripoli website deals with the activities of the president of the University, and there is a clear shortcoming in covering the activities of students, faculty members and staff members, and there is no clear indication of the source of the news in all the news published on the site, There is only one picture among the elements accompanying or accompanying the news, and the researcher concluded that there was no renewal in the writing of the news, but rather it was stereotypical and almost had one template similar in all the news, and finally there are no interactive elements in all the news |
