| 520 | |a إن اعتماد فكرة النوع الاجتماعي كمقاربة لصياغة وتحليل الاستراتيجيات التنموية، ظهر كنتيجة فرضتها النظرية النسوية بعد وقوفها على ما تعانيه النساء من تقزيم لمكانتهن وتهميش لأدوارهن في الحياة العامة. فنادت بالمساواة بين الجنسين في توزيع فرص التنمية، شريطة أن تكون بعيدة عن التقسيم التقليدي للأدوار بين الجنسين المؤسس على مفاهيم خاطئة حول إمكانات كل منهما في المجتمع. وبذلك يعتبر الفكر الجندري السباق لطرح ومعالجة قضايا المرأة والتنمية خارج الأطر النمطية، تم على إثرها إدراج مبدأ المساواة بين الجنسين ضمن أجندة التنمية. ما ساهم في تفعيل أدوار المرأة ومشاركتها في الحياة العامة. |b The adoption of the idea of social gender as an approach to the formulation and analysis of development strategies has emerged as a result imposed by the feminist theory. This latter relied on the extent of women suffer from the undermining and marginalization of their roles in public life. Moreover, it advocated gender equality in the distribution of development opportunities, provided that this equality is far from the traditional division of gender roles based on misconceptions about their respective potential in society. Therefore, gender thought is thus considered the first to raise and address women and development issues outside of stereotypical frameworks. Consequently, the principle of gender equality has been incorporated into the development agenda. This has contributed to the activation of women's roles and participation in public life. | ||
