| المستخلص: | يسعى البحث الحالي لدراسة إسهامات التعليم الريادي بالجامعات المصرية في تنمية الريادة المجتمعية وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية، من خلال توضيح ملامح التعليم الريادي المعزز وعلاقته بالريادة المجتمعية وذلك بتحديد المبادئ التي يرتكز عليها التعليم الريادي وأشكاله والتعرف على الابتكار الاجتماعي والقيمة الاجتماعية، ومحاولة توضيح أهمية تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بتوفير المقومات اللازمة للريادة المجتمعية، وتقييم مدى تطبيق التعلم الريادي لتحقيق الريادة المجتمعية بالجامعات المصرية، وعرض الآليات المقترحة لاستخدام التعليم الريادي المعزز في الجامعة لتنمية الريادة المجتمعية وتحقيق الاستدامة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم أسلوب التحليل البيئي (SOWT)، وأجرى البحث مقابلة لعينة من القيادات الجامعية وقدرها (17) قيادي وذوي الاختصاصات في المجال الريادي. وأعتمد البحث على التقارير وكذلك على البيانات من خلال المقابلات الشخصية، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة نتائج منها: أن الجامعة تقدم خدماتها لعملائها في شتى المجالات ولكن تجديد أو تطوير خدماتها المقدمة لهم تحتاج إلى تفعيل، فإن الاستثمار المعرفي غير كاف بينما الابتكار الاجتماعي والشراكة المجتمعية ونقل التكنولوجيا بحاجة إلى تحسين، وتم التوصل إلى أن التعليم الريادي يساهم في تنمية الريادة المجتمعية. This present research seeks to examine the contributions of entrepreneurial education in Egyptian universities in developing societal leadership and achieving a competitive advantage, by exposing the features of enhanced entrepreneurial education and its relationship to societal leadership by identifying the principles on which entrepreneurial education and its forms are based. The research also drives at identifying social innovation and social value; attempting as well, to explain the importance of achieving sustainable competitive advantage by providing the necessary components of societal leadership, evaluating the reality of applying entrepreneurial learning in order to achieve societal leadership in Egyptian universities and expose the proposed mechanisms for using augmented entrepreneurial education at the university to develop societal leadership and achieve sustainability. The research relies on the descriptive method, using also the environmental analysis approach (SWOT). The research has conducted an interview with a sample of (17) university leaders and people specialized in the entrepreneurial field. The research has come to a set of results, including that: the university provides its services to its clients in various fields; however, the renewal or development of its services needs to be activated, whereas the cognitive investment is insufficient, while social innovation, community partnership and technology transfer need to be improved. It is recommended that entrepreneurial education contributes to the development of societal leadership. |
