| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى القدرات الإبداعية لدى رؤساء أقسام التربية الخاصة في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس القدرات الإبداعية لدى رؤساء أقسام التربية الخاصة، تكون من (48) فقرة وزعت على خمسة أبعاد؛ هي: (الأصالة، والطلاقة، والمرونة، والحساسية للمشكلات، وإدراك التفاصيل)، ثم طبق على العينة، التي تألفت من (227) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات السعودية؛ منهم (188) من الذكور، و(39) من الإناث، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن مستوى توافر القدرات الإبداعية في جميع أبعاد المقياس (الأصالة، والطلاقة، والمرونة، والحساسية للمشكلات، إدراك التفاصيل) كان متدنيا بصورة عامة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الجنس في الأبعاد كلها لصالح الإناث، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) في الأبعاد كلها تبعا لمتغير الرتبة العلمية بين (أستاذ مشارك) و(أستاذ مساعد) لصالح (أستاذ مشارك)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) في الأبعاد كلها تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة بين (أكثر من 10سنوات) و(أقل من 5 سنوات) لصالح (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وبين (أكثر من 10 سنوات) و(من 5إلى 10سنوات) لصالح (أكثر من 10 سنوات) وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة تبني الجامعات السعودية لمفهوم القيادة الإبداعية والقدرات الإبداعية؛ لما لها من دور إيجابي في تحقيق رسالتها ورؤيتها وأهدافها. "Abstract: This research aimed to identify the level of creative abilities of special education departments heads in Saudi universities from the faculty members' point of view. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a measure of the creative abilities of special education departments heads in Saudi universities. It consisted of (48) items distributed into five dimensions; are: (originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to problems, and elaboration), then it was applied to the research sample, which consisted of (227) faculty members in Saudi universities; Of them (188) were males, and (39) were females. The research found that the level of availability of creative abilities in the dimensions (originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to problems, and elaboration) was generally low, The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) among the responses of the study sample members according to the gender variable in all dimensions in favor of females, and also the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) in all dimensions according to the variable of scientific rank between (Associate Professor) and (Assistant Professor) in favor of (Associate Professor), and there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) in all dimensions depending on the variable years of service; Between (more than 10 years) and (less than 5 years) in favor of (more than 10 years), and between (more than 10 years) and (from 5 to 10 years) in favor of (more than 10 years), the researcher recommended the need to adopt Saudi universities for the concept of creative leadership and creative abilities; Because of its positive role in achieving its mission, vision and goals." |
