| المستخلص: | يدرس هذا البحث مسألة مهمة من مسائل علم الجرح والتعديل وهي مسألة معايير الجارح والمعدل، وذلك للإلمام بصفات الجارح المعتبر جرحه عند علماء الحديث، كي لا يتوهم أن كل من تكلم في الرجال يسمع إلى كلامه، بل الأمر مقتصر على أهله، ومن أهم هذه التساؤلات في هذا البحث ما هي الشروط المعتبرة والشروط غير المعتبرة في الجارح والمعدل؟ وما هي آداب الجارح والمعدل؟ ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن علم الجرح والتعديل يحتل مكانة الصدارة في علوم السنة النبوية إذ لا قيمة لما يروي الرواة إذ لم تكن على علم بحال أولئك الرواة. إن العلماء وضعوا شروطا لمن يقوم بعملية الجرح والتعديل تكفل سلامته وصيانته من الهوى والغرض الفاسد، ولم يقبلوا صدوره من أي عالم. إن آداب الجارح والمعدل تمثل البعد الأخلاقي في منهج النقد عند المحدثين. This research studies an important issue of the science of wound an modification which is theissue of the criteria of justice and and rate, in order to familiarize with the characteristics of the wounded person whose wound is considered by hadith scholars so as not to be under the illusion that everyone who spoke about men listens to his words, but the matter is delimited to his family and one of the most important questions in this research what they considered conditions in the success and the non-considered conditions in the success and rate? What are the etiquette of the wounded and the rate? One of the most important findings that I reached is that the science of wounding and modification occupies a leading position in the science of the Sunnah of the prophet, as there is no value for what the narrators narrate. From what world does the etiquette of the hurter and the average person represent the ethical dimension in the approach to criticism of modernists? |
