| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مكانة المؤسسة العسكرية الإسرائيلية وعقيدتها الأمنية، وأجهزتها، والأدوار التي تقوم بها في عملية صنع القرار، من خلال تتبع صناعة القرار السياسي في إسرائيل، والآليات المتبعة حيال ذلك، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج تحليل النظم، ومنهج صنع القرار. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج؛ أهمها: أن المؤسسة العسكرية الإسرائيلية لها مكانة وأثر واسع في شتي المجالات، وعلى جميع النواحي، مما أعطي لها مكانة داخل النظام السياسي، والمجتمع بسبب اعتبار ثقافة الأمن من ضمن أولويات الدولة، وقد سمحت الظروف غير العادية التي مرت بها إسرائيل إلى أن تتداخل الأمور الأمنية، والسياسية فيما بينها، وأن تكون هذه فرصة لدخول العسكريين للحياة السياسية حيث يعتبرهم المجتمع الأكثر دراية، وفهم في المسائل العسكرية، والاستراتيجية، والسياسية، مما ولد لدي المجتمع الثقة الكبرى بهم. The study aimed to identify the status of the Israeli military institution, its security doctrine, its apparatus, and the roles it plays in the decision-making process, by following the political decision making in Israel, and the mechanisms followed in this regard, And the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the systems analysis approach, and the decision-making approach. The study reached a number of results; The most important of them: that the Israeli military institution has a prestige and a wide impact in various fields, and in all respects, which gave it a place within the political system and society because the culture of security is considered among the priorities of the state, and the unusual circumstances that Israel went through allowed security matters to overlap and politics among themselves, and for this to be an opportunity for the military to enter political life, as the society considers them to be the most knowledgeable and understanding in military, strategic and political issues, which has generated the society’s great confidence in them. |
