| المستخلص: | تمر المكتبات ومرافق المعلومات بمرحلة جديدة تتميز بعدم اليقين، نتيجة اكتساح تكنولوجيا الرقمنة لهذا الفضاء المعرفي وعولمة المعلومات. وأمام الفرص المتاحة للصرح المكتبي ضمن ديناميكية التغيير والتهديدات المحدقة به نقترح التفكير في التحولات الحاصلة له وانعكاساتها على السلوكيات والممارسات والقيم وعلى أنماط إنتاج المعرفة ونقلها مع دراسة حالة المكتبات الجامعية واستشراف مستقبلها. ومن خلال دراسة وضعية المكتبات الجامعية سعينا لدراسة موقعها المتجدد في منظومة التعليم العالي ووظائفها المتغيرة، بدءا باستنطاق مفهومي الوقت والمكان ونقصد به الوقت الأكاديمي وفضاء المكتبة. إن الوظيفة التوثيقية للمكتبة الجامعية لم تعد لوحدها تستقطب الجهور الجامعي وخاصة الشباب الطلابي الذي يولي أهمية للوظيفة الاجتماعية الاتصالية حيث التلاقي والاتصال للحوار وبناء المعرفة وبناء الشخصية الفكرية للطالب. تخلص الورقة إلى ضرورة إعادة التفكير في استراتيجية المكتبات الجامعية في فترة الانتقال الرقمي وإعادة تحديد رؤيتها وأهدافها وخدماتها. Under the pressure of digitization technology and with the globalization of information, libraries and information facilities are going through a new phase characterized by uncertainty. Libraries have new opportunities within the dynamics of change and as well as new threats. The following paper is an attempt to reflect on the transformations that have occurred and their impact on the behaviors, practices, values and patterns of productio and transfer of knowledge. We also focus on the current situation of academic libraries and contemplate about their future. By studying university libraries, we wanted to examine its changing location as well as its changing functions, starting with the concepts of time and space; i.e. academic time and library space. The documentary function of the university library is no longer the only function that attracts the university audience, especially young students. The latter give a lot of importance to the social function. They need a place where they can meet and communicate, build knowledge and build their intellectual personality. The paper concludes that there is a need to reconsider the strategy of academic libraries in the digital transition period as well as a need to redefine their visions, goals and services. Les bibliothèques passent par une période d’incertitude suite à l’expansion des technologies du numérique et la mondialisation de l’information. Des opportunités s’offrent aux bibliothèques, mais également des contraintes voire des menaces pèsent sur elles. Le présent travail développe une réflexion sur les changements actuels et leurs incidences sur les comportements, les valeurs de l’information, et les modes de production et de transfert des connaissances. A partir de l’étude de cas des bibliothèques universitaires, on s’aperçoit que ces institutions continuent à garder leur place au sein du système de l’enseignement supérieur, tandis que leurs fonctions se renouvellent. En interrogeant les notions des temps académiques et l’espace de la bibliothèque, il s’avère que la fonction documentaire ne suffit plus pour attirer le public universitaire qui s’attend aussi à une fonction socio-communicationnelle. En empruntant la notion de « troisième lieu » la BU est aussi un espace de rencontres, de débats, d’échanges et de construction du savoir. Enfin, il est important, de repenser la stratégie des BU arabes en période de transition numérique, et redéfinir leur vision, leurs objectifs et leurs services. |
