| 520 | |a مبحث الأمر من أهم المباحث الأصولية التي تحتاج إلى البيان، لأن التكليف لا يكون إلا به، وقد تنوعت صيغ الأوامر في القرآن والسنة، فأتت صريحة تارة، وتارة أخرى أتت غير صريحة، وذلك من بلاغة القرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية، وقدرة كل منهما على تحريك النفوس، والتأثير فيها، وإشراكها في التفكير في النصوص ومعناها، وكيفية الامتثال لها. وقد وردت الأوامر غير الصريحة في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية بصيغتي الإنشاء والخبر، وفي ذلك فوائد بلاغية كثيرة حيث إن الكناية أبلغ من الإفصاح، والتعريض أوقع من التصريح، ومن صور الأوامر غير الصريحة ورود الأمر بصيغة الخبر، وفي إخراج الأمر في صورة الخبر تأكيد للأمر، وإشعار بأنه مما يجب أن يتلقى بالمسارعة إلى امتثاله، وصيغة الأمر وإن دلت على الإيجاب إلا أنها قد تحتمل الاستحباب، فإذا جيء بالأمر بصيغة الخبر علم أنه أمر ثابت مستقر، وانتفى احتمال الاستحباب، وقد ورد الأمر بصيغة الخبر في كثير من النصوص الشرعية. |b The topic of the Commands is one of the most important fundamental matters of study that need to be clarified, because commissioning is applied only by in it, and the forms of orders varied in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, so sometimes they are viewed in an explicit form while some other times they are in an implicit form due to the rhetoric nature of the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and their ability to move souls and influence them, and involve them in reflecting on the texts and their meaning, and how to comply with them. The implicit commands were stipulated in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet in the two forms of composition and statement, and there are many rhetorical benefits as the metonymy is more effective than explicit statements, and the exposure is more likely than the statement, and from the forms of implicit orders, the commands are received in the form of the news, and in the issue of commands in the image of the news is confirmation of the order, and a notification that one of the things he should receive hastily to comply with, and the form of commands, even if it indicates the affirmative, but it may bear another meaning, and the form of the commands was mentioned in the wording of the news in many legal texts. | ||
