| المستخلص: | هذا بحث "ورود الأمر بصيغة الخبر دراسة تطبيقية حديثية" ويدور حول توضيح صيغة من صيغ الأمر المتعلقة بالأحكام الشرعية وجوبًا، وبيان عناية السنة النبوية بهذا الأسلوب البلاغي الأصولي، ويهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على أكبر قدر ممكن من النصوص التي جاء فيها الأمر بمعنى الخبر، وقد قمت بتعريف الخبر لغة واصطلاحًا، وعرفت الأمر لغة وماهيته، وإطلاق الأمر على الخبر والعكس في اللسان العربي وفي الشريعة المطهرة وأوردت نصوصا من القرآن والسنة النبوية كشواهد على المطلوب، وبينت طريق معرفة الخبر الذي معناه الأمر، وذكرت عدة نماذج تطبيقية من بطون كتب السنة وشروحها، واعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي التتبعي لكتب الشروح المختلفة، حيث وضعت كل حديث في مطلب، وكان من أهم النتائج أن النسخ يدخل في الأخبار التي بمعنى الأوامر، وأنه يترتب على الأمر الذي بمعنى الخبر ما يترتب على الأمر، وذكرت أهم فوائد العدول عن صيغة الطلب إلى صيغة الخبر، وكان من أهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بالمباحث العربية والأصولية المتداخلة مع السنة النبوية المطهرة، وإظهار ما فيها من فوائد ومباحث تتعلق بتوضيحها وفوائد الوقوف عليها. This is a study on "The command in the form of predicate, a modern applied study" and it revolves around clarifying one of the forms of the command related to the obligatory legal rulings, and explaining the attention of the Prophet's Sunnah to this fundamental rhetorical method. The research aims to identify as many texts as possible in which the command came in the meaning of predicate. I defined the news linguistically and idiomatically, and I defined the command linguistically and what it is, and the application of the command to the news and vice versa in the Arabic language and inSharia. I cited texts. From the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet as evidence of what is required, and I showed the way to know the news that means the command, and I mentioned several applied examples from the depths of the Sunnah books and their explanations. It relied on the inductive, follow-up approach of the various commentaries, where it placed each hadith in a demand, and one of the most important results was that abrogation is included in the news that means commands, and that the command that means news results in what results from the command, and I mentioned the most important benefits of changing from the demand formula to the command formula. The news, and one of the most important recommendations with the purified Prophetic was the need to pay attention to Arab and fundamentalist topics intertwined with Sunnah, and to show the benefits it contains and topics related to its clarification and benefits Stand on it. |
