| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور المشرف التربوي في كيفية تعزيز رسالة المعلم الخلقية لتلاميذه بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية أم درمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وذلك من حيث الأهمية والكشف عن الواقع وكيفية تطوير دور المشرف التربوي مستقبلا في ذلك، كما هدفت للكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية لمتوسطات آراء المعلمين حول دور المشرف التربوي في تعزيز الرسالة الخلقية للمعلم نحو تلاميذه تبعا للمتغيرات التصنيفية (النوع، والخبرة، والتخصص والتدريب). وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة، حيث شمل المجتمع الكلي للدراسة جميع المعلمين بمحلية أم درمان قطاع جنوب، المكون من ٢٤ مدرسة وعدد كلي (٣٥٧) معلم ومعلمة، وبلغت العينة والتي اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة (١١٦) معلم ومعلمة بنسبة 37.9% من المجتمع الكلي للدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية مثل: التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، واختبار: ت، وتحليل التباين الأحادي (ONE WAY ANOVA)، عن طريق برنامج الحزم الإحصائي (SPPS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج عبر الإجابة على التساؤلات الفرعية الأربعة، وأبرزها: بلغ المتوسط الكلي للمحور الأول: (37.9828) في الإجابة السؤال الأول، مما يؤكد الأهمية الكبرى لدور المشرف التربوي في تعزيز الرسالة الخلقية للمعلم نحو تلاميذه، أما المحور الثاني بلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي العام له: (57.2759)، وهي قيمة كبيره تؤكد أن واقع الدور الذي يلعبه المشرف التربوي من وجهة نظر العينة في تعزيز رسالته المعلم الخلقية نحو تلاميذه كبيره، أما المحور الثالث بلغ المجموع الكلي له: (65.1897)، وهي قيمة عالية تؤكد إيمان العينة بضرورة تطوير أداء المشرف التربوي للقيام برسالته نحو تعزيز دور معلم الأساس لتنمية القيم الخلقية لدى تلاميذه داخل الفصل والمدرسة. أذن طالبت العينة بأهمية الدور الذي يلعبه المشرف التربوي في تعزيز الرسالة الخلقية للمعلم نحو تلاميذه وطالبت مع ضرورة تطويره بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي. وختمت الدراسة بعشر توصيات أبرزها: ضرورة تطوير الإشراف التربوي بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي السوداني حتى يصبح بيت خبرة في تطوير الأداء المهني للمعلم وتعزيز رسالته الخلقية نحو تلاميذه، وذلك باختيار أفضل الخريجين والكفاءات للعمل فيه، والعمل على تطويره عبر ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية داخل السودان وخارجه. كما أوصت الدراسة بإعداد قانون قومي من جهات الاختصاص بوزارة التربية والاتحادية لتنظيم عمل الأشراف التربوي وتطويره، إلزام جميع المشرفيين التربويين بالتعليم الأساسي للسعي نحو تعزيز رسالة المعلم الخلقية نحو تلاميذه. كما أوصت الدراسة أن يتضمن تقرير زيارة المشرف التربوي لمعلم الأساس في الاستمارة بنود خاصة بتعزيز المشرف التربوي لرسالة المعلم الخلقية لدى التلاميذ. كما أوصت الدراسة كذلك بضرورة تعزيز زيارة المشرف التربوي من دور المعلم في كيفية مواجهة المشكلات السلوكية وتنمية القيم الخلقية المهمة للتلاميذ مثل: قيم الصدق والأمانة والعفة والتسامح والعدل وغيرها. This study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisors in how to enhance the moral message of the teacher towards his students in the basic education level in Omdurman locality from the teachers point of view, And this is in terms of importance and disclosure of reality and how to develop the role of the educational supervisor in the future, It also aimed to uncover statistically significant differences in the averages of teachers' opinions on the role of the educational supervisor in promoting the moral message of the teacher towards his pupils according to taxonomic variables (type, experience, specialization and training). The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as the tool for data collection. The total population of the study included all teachers in Omdurman locality, Sector South, consisting of 24 schools and total number of (357) teachers. The sample, which was chosen by simple random method, was 116 male and female teachers, at 37.9% of the total study population .The study used a set of statistical methods such as: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T test, and mono- ONE WAY – ANOVA. The study reached a set of results by answering the four sub-questions, most notably: The total average of the first axis: (37.9828) in the answer to the first question. This confirms the great importance of the educational supervisor’s role in promoting the moral message of the teacher towards his students, while the second axis has reached the value of his general arithmetic average: (57.2759), It is a great value that confirms the reality of the role the educational supervisor plays from the sample's point of view in promoting his teacher’s moral message towards his big pupils. As for the third axis, its total reached: (65.1897), which is a high value that confirms the sample’s belief in the necessity of developing the educational supervisor’s performance to carry out his mission towards enhancing the role of the primary teacher for developing the moral values of his students in the classroom and school. So the sample demanded the importance of the role the educational supervisor plays in strengthening the moral message towards his students and called for the need to develop it in the basic education stage. The study concluded with ten recommendations, most notably: the necessity of developing educational supervision in the Sudanese basic education stage so that it becomes a house of expertise in developing the professional performance of the teacher and enhancing his moral message towards his students, by selecting the best graduates and competencies to work in, and working to develop it through workshops and training courses inside and outside Sudan. The study also recommended the preparation of a national law from the competent authorities of the Ministry of Education and the Federal Organization to regulate and develop the work of educational supervision, obliging all educational supervisors to basic education to strive towards strengthening the moral message of the teacher towards his students. The study also recommended that the educational supervisor’s visit should be strengthened from the teacher's role in how to confront behavioral problems and develop important moral values for students such as: values of honesty, honesty, chastity, tolerance, justice, and others. |
