| المستخلص: | تقدم الدراسة منظورا مثيرا للاهتمام حول استكشاف وضبط مفهوم الإبداع والابتكار الواسع من البيئة الربحية وعالم الشركات بالأخص وتحديد ما قد يعنيه بالمكتبات، للحاجة إلى نقلة نوعية من معناه الواسع وتكييفه بالمكتبات، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإبداع والابتكار في تكنولوجيا ونظم المعلومات ظاهرة متعددة الوجوه أكثر من اعتباره مفهوما نظريا محدد، لهذا يبدو من الصعب إيجاد تعريف محدد ومتفق عليه خصوصا أن بعض التعريفات تعلق أهمية على بعد ما وبعضها يؤكد على بعد آخر، لكن التنوع في الأبعاد يسمح بالوصول إلى تعريف مقبول يشمل أكثر النقاط جوهرية بالتركيز على الرسالة والأهداف التي تقود عمل المكتبة، وتؤدي إلى زيادة الالتزام بمهمتها وتحدث أثرا ومنفعة ملموسة لمجتمعها، كما تطرح الدراسة رؤية ميدانية لعينة من مكتبات الوسط الجزائري حيث وجدت عدم ارتباطها مع مصطلح "الإبداع والابتكار" وقلة استخدامه ضمن مهامها وقيمها وخططها الاستراتيجية، هذا يكرر الحاجة إلى استكشاف التعريف المتميز لـ "الإبداع والابتكار" بالمكتبات. The study provides an interesting perspective on exploring and controlling the concept of creativity and broad innovation from the profitable environment and the corporate world in particular and determining what it might mean in libraries, for the need for a qualitative shift in its broad meaning and adaptation to libraries, the study concluded that creativity and innovation in information technology and systems is a multi-faceted phenomenon more than Considering it a specific theoretical concept, for this it seems difficult to find a specific and agreed upon definition especially that some definitions attach importance to one dimension and some emphasize another dimension, but the diversity in dimensions allows reaching an acceptable definition that includes the most fundamental points by focusing on the message The study aims to increase the commitment to its mission and create a tangible effect and benefit to its community. The study also provides a field view of a sample of the libraries of the Algerian center where it found its lack of association with the term “creativity and innovation” and its lack of use within its tasks, values and strategic plans, this repeats the need to Explore the distinct definition of "creativity and innovation" in libraries. |
