| المستخلص: | The aim of this research is to focus on the fateful stalemate in which the Arab region was involved. As a result, Arab thoughts drifted in a violent struggle between two oppositions, each of whom claimed the justice of his stand point and the efficacy of his vision. By employing urgent developments on the living reality through the use of methods that would establish the required development in accordance with their contradicting allegations. These fundamentalists shared the view that visible future should be based on the founding roots of their ancestors by following their rules and values moving from there towards to the present. This belief should be considered as the ultimate grounds for the elements of development and advancement of their society. Accordingly, it is believed that heritage alone is the basis of rebuilding their society. On the other hand, civilians saw that the reform process required by Arab societies could not be established unless experiences and models that have proven their effectiveness in other societies are used. |
