| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى الإجابة عن قضايا مرتبطة بتأثير العلوم الشرعية وتبيان أثرها في المجتمع؛ خاصة في المجال الأخلاقي، والتربوي التعليمي، وقضايا المنهج، يتضح ذلك من خلال ما يلي: في المجال الأخلاقي: ربط العلم بالعمل والدعوة إلى تبني القيم الأخلاقية وتنمية التربية الروحية والتشبع بالمبادئ الصحيحة المؤسسة على روح المبادة الإيجابية والفاعلة في المجتمع وترجمة السلوك في الواقع؛ كي يتحقق بذلك النفع وتحقق الأمة ريادتها. في المجال التربوي التعليمي: يتحقق تأثير العلوم الشرعية من خلال ربط الفنون بعضها ببعض خلال التدريس، وربطها أيضا بالواقع،- فلا تدرس مثلا السيرة النبوية المطهرة بمعزل عن الواقع والقضايا الراهنة- في البناء المنهجي: للعلوم الشرعية أثر واضح في تكوين المنهج لدى طلابه؛ خاصة إذا روعي هذا المنهج حين التدريس؛ فمما يكتسبه المتعلم منهج النقد؛ يتجلى ذلك من خلال إبراز الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية حول قضية ما؛ ويكتسب أيضا منهج المقارنة، من خلال عرض الآراء والمقارنة بينها لإبراز مكامن الخلل فيها، وغيرها من المناهج الأخرى، كالتحليلي والاستنباطي والاستقرائي. This research aims to answer issues related to the impact of forensic sciences and to show their impact on society. Especially in the ethical, pedagogical, and curriculum issues, and the fruits of building these areas are as follows: In the ethical field: linking science to work and calling for the adoption of moral values, the development of spiritual education, and the saturation of correct principles based on the spirit of positive and effective initiative in society, and translating behavior into reality. In the educational field: the effect of forensic sciences is achieved by linking the arts to each other through teaching; _ For example, the subject of jurisprudence is not taught in isolation from the principles of jurisprudence, and it is also linked to reality. On the methodological construction: The forensic sciences have a clear impact on the formation of the curriculum among its students. Especially if this approach is taken into account when teaching; What the learner acquires is the criticism approach; This is demonstrated by highlighting the positive and negative aspects of an issue; It also acquires the comparative approach, by presenting and comparing opinions between them to highlight the deficiencies in them, and other approaches, such as analytical, deductive and inductive. |
