| 520 | |a الإبداع الإداري من المتغيرات الهامة التي تتأثر بنوع الهيكل التنظيمي ومرونته. وقد تم تناول هذين المتغيرين في هذه الدراسة باعتبارهما من المواضيع المتجدد والمثيرة للجدل، خاصة الإبداع الإداري كمتغير تابع، في المؤسسة الجزائرية وحاجتها المستمرة للبحث فيه وتأثيراته. وهذه الدراسة مساهمة إضافية هدفت إلى التعرف على نوع الهيكل التنظيمي وتأثيره في الإبداع الإداري في المؤسسة الجزائرية من خلال المركب المنجمي للفوسفات بجبل العنق، تم فيها استخدام المنهج الوصفي، مستعينا في ذلك بالاستبانة، حيث كانت العينة المستجوبة متمثلة في 200 عامل، استخدم في تحليلها الأدوات الإحصائية المناسبة من خلال برنامج spss. وأظهرت الدراسة أن الهيكل التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة جامد، كما بينت أن مستوى الأبداع الإداري للعينة المستجوبة متوسط، وأوضحت أيضا أنه توجد علاقة قوية بين الإبداع الإداري للعاملين والهيكل التنظيمي في المركب المنجمي. | ||

And these two variables were addressed in this study as one of the renewed and controversial topics, especially Administrative Creativity as a dependent variable, in the Algerian institution and its constant need to research it and its effects. And the study showed that the organizational structure in the Complex under study is rigid, And it also showed that the level of administrative creativity of the respondent sample is average, And also indicated that there is a strong relationship between the administrative creativity of workers and the organizational structure in the The Mine Complex. | ||
