| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مشكلات البيئة الحضرية في الجزائر من حيث العوامل التي أدت إلى تدهورها والتي أفرزت مشكلات خطيرة التوسع العمراني المنتظم وغير المنتظم على حساب المساحات الخضراء والتركز المكثف في المناطق الحضرية، التلوث بكل أشكاله، مشكلات في النقل والمواصلات مشكلة المناطق الفوضوية الحضرية المتخلفة، كل هذه المشكلات مجتمعة أصبحت تشكل تهديدا لها ولصحة السكان، لذلك سعت الجزائر لتوفير الحماية لها ببناء سياسة متكاملة تتمثل في الحماية القانونية، التخطيط البيئي، الإعلام البيئي، الجمعيات البيئية، إلا أن الوضع البيئي جد متدهور ويحتاج إلى تضافر الجهود وذلك انطلاقا من مسؤولية الفرد إلى مسؤولية مؤسسات. This study aims to shed light on the problems of the urban environment in Algeria in terms of the factors that led to its deterioration and produce dangerous problems include regular and irregular urban expansion at the expense of green spaces and intense concentration in urban areas, also pollution effects in all its forms, in addition of problems in transportation, and the problem of chaotic areas Backward urbanization, all these problems become a threat to it, and the health of the population, in result of that Algeria sought to provide protection of urban environment by building an integrated policy represented in legal protection, and environmental planning, and both environmental information, and environmental associations, however the environmental situation is very deteriorated and needs concerted efforts by means of take responsibility of the individual to the responsibility of institutions. |
