| المستخلص: | - The main objective of this research is to study the factors affecting the agricultural extension agents' attitudes towards the use of electronic extension methods in Sohag Governorate through achieving the following objectives:- - Identifying the respondents' attitudes towards the use of electronic extension methods and the problems that limit from use of electronic extension methods and identifying the most important suggestions for the development of the strong attitude towards the use of electronic extension methods. - The study was conducted on a sample (122) of agricultural extension agents from 199 extension agents as a population in Sohag Governorate. - A questionnaire was prepared to collect data through personal interviews during the month of November 2014. Frequencies, percentages, Chi squared test and contingency coefficient .Strength of the relation rank correlation were used for data analysis by using SPSS. RESULTS - Percentage 17.8% of the agricultural extension agents have a strong attitude toward the use of electronic extension methods, while the proportion of 52.5% have a Medium attitude, while the Percentage 19.7% has a weak attitude. - There are many problems that limit the use of electronic extension methods by agricultural extension agents. - Significant relationships at 0.01 were found between agricultural extension agents' attitudes towards the use of electronic extension methods and some personal variables. - There are many suggestions for the development of strong direction towards the use of electronic extension methods in agricultural extension work. استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على اتجاهات المرشدين الزراعيين المبحوثين نحو استخدام الطرق الإرشادية الإلكترونية، والمشكلات التي تحد من استخدامها، والتعرف على أهم مقترحاتهم لزيادة استخدامهم للطرق الإرشادية الإلكترونية. تم تجميع البيانات بالمقابلة الشخصية باستخدام استمارة استبيان أعدت خصيصا لتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث خلال شهر نوفمبر 2014م على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها 122 مبحوثا بنسبة 61% من إجمالي المرشدين الزراعيين بمحافظة سوهاج والبالغ عددهم 199 مرشدا زراعيا، تم تحليل البيانات بأستخدام النسب المئوية والتكرارات، واختبار مربع كا2، ومعامل التوافق، وشدة العلاقة ومعامل الارتباط بأستخدام برنامج العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد جاءت أهم النتائج على النحو التالي: - أن نسبة 27.8% من المرشدين الزراعيين لديهم اتجاه إيجابي نحو استخدام الطرق الإرشادية الإلكترونية، في حين أن نسبة 52.5% لديهم اتجاه محايد، بينما نسبة 19.7% لديهم اتجاه سلبي. - توجد العديد من المشكلات التي تحد من استخدام المرشدين الزراعيين للطرق الإرشادية الإلكترونية. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية عند مستوى معنوية 0.01 بين اتجاهات المرشدين الزراعيين نحو استخدام الطرق الإرشادية الإلكترونية وبعض خصائصهم الشخصية المدروسة. - توجد العديد من المقترحات الذي ذكر ها المرشدين الزراعيين المبحوثين لزيادة استخدامهم للطرق الإرشادية الإلكترونية في العمل الإرشادي الزراعي. |
