| 520 | |a التنوع الثقافي في قلب كل ثقافة، وهو أساس الدراسات الاثنولوجية والاثنوغرافية والانثروبولوجية، لما له من أهمية بالغة تستدعي الفهم واستيعاب قدرة التنوع والتعدد للنوع البشري، مثله مثل باقي الأنواع الإحيائية الأخرى، ومما لا شك فيه أن النوع البشري والمجتمع ضمن علاقة تفاعلية، تنافسية، تواصلية، صراعية وهي تأخذ هذه الأشكال الاجتماعية بغرض التعبير عن المخزون الثقافي لدى كل فرد وجماعة ومجتمع، وبالتالي تكون ثقافات بالجمع لا ثقافة بالمفرد، وأن مفهوم الأقلية والاثنية والعرقية أساس اثنوغرافي وانثروبولوجي مهم لفهم الظاهرة الإنسانية من حيث الهوية كإشكالية محورية هي الأخرى، ويتبدى هذا للظاهر خاصة أثناء الهجرة أو العبور من ثقافة إلى أخرى من تجسيد إلى آخر، فتكون الوضعيات مختلفة والعلاقات متباينة، من العرقية والقومية أو التجانس والتهجين، فتحتاج إلى سياسات متعدة للهوية بغية الاندماج أو إيجاد حل، خاصة تلك الانحرافات والصراعات بين الغالب والمهمش المركزي والثانوي، الإقصاء والاحتواء في لعبة الاثنيات والأقليات والقوميات فالهجرة أساس الانتشار الثقافي واختباره للفرد والجماعات والمجتمع ككل. | ||
