| المستخلص: | التنوع الثقافي في قلب كل ثقافة، وهو أساس الدراسات الاثنولوجية والاثنوغرافية والانثروبولوجية، لما له من أهمية بالغة تستدعي الفهم واستيعاب قدرة التنوع والتعدد للنوع البشري، مثله مثل باقي الأنواع الإحيائية الأخرى، ومما لا شك فيه أن النوع البشري والمجتمع ضمن علاقة تفاعلية، تنافسية، تواصلية، صراعية وهي تأخذ هذه الأشكال الاجتماعية بغرض التعبير عن المخزون الثقافي لدى كل فرد وجماعة ومجتمع، وبالتالي تكون ثقافات بالجمع لا ثقافة بالمفرد، وأن مفهوم الأقلية والاثنية والعرقية أساس اثنوغرافي وانثروبولوجي مهم لفهم الظاهرة الإنسانية من حيث الهوية كإشكالية محورية هي الأخرى، ويتبدى هذا للظاهر خاصة أثناء الهجرة أو العبور من ثقافة إلى أخرى من تجسيد إلى آخر، فتكون الوضعيات مختلفة والعلاقات متباينة، من العرقية والقومية أو التجانس والتهجين، فتحتاج إلى سياسات متعدة للهوية بغية الاندماج أو إيجاد حل، خاصة تلك الانحرافات والصراعات بين الغالب والمهمش المركزي والثانوي، الإقصاء والاحتواء في لعبة الاثنيات والأقليات والقوميات فالهجرة أساس الانتشار الثقافي واختباره للفرد والجماعات والمجتمع ككل. Cultural diversity is at the heart of every culture, and it is the basis and of ethnological, ethnographic and anthropological studies, because of its great importance that calls for understanding and comprehending the ability of diversity and multiplicity of the human species, just like the rest of the other biological species, and there is no doubt that the human species and society are within an interactive, competitive relationship Communicative, conflictual, and it takes these social forms for the purpose of expressing the cultural stock of each individual, group and society, and thus cultures are plural, not singular, and the concept of minority, ethnicity and race is an important ethnographic and anthropological basis for the human phenomenon in terms of identity as a central problem as well, and this appears to the phenomenon in particular. During migration or the passage from one culture to another, from one embodiment to another, the situations are different and the relations are different, from ethnicity, nationalism, homogeneity and hybridity, so you need multiple identity policies in order to integrate or find a solution, especially those deviations and conflicts between the dominant and the central and secondary marginalized, Exclusion and inclusion in the game of ethnicities, minorities and nationalities. Migration is the basis of cultural diffusion and its testing for the individual, groups and society as a whole. |
