| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية لمسألة مهمة وهي "أثر نشاط الراوي وقت التحديث في تعليل الأحاديث وترجيح المرويات "وتطبيقات علماء الحديث عليها والاستدلال على صحة الحديث أو ضعفه من خلال اشتباه وجود علة في الحديث من حيث وروده بطرق مختلفة عن الراوي كالوقف والرفع، أو الوصل والإرسال، أو اضطراب في طرق الحديث من جهة الراوي. كما تضمن البحث دراسة تطبيقية لأحاديث أعلت بالاختلاف على الرواة الموصوفين أو المشهورين بالفتور عن التحديث في بعض الأوقات، وذلك من خلال جمع ودراسة الأحاديث التي رجح العلماء صحة ورودها-طرقها- بالوجهين، بقرينة نشاط أو فتور الراوي وقت التحديث، وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي ثم ختمته بخاتمة ذكرت فيه أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت لها من خلال دراستي لهذه المسألة. this research deals with an analytical study of a very important issue, which is “the impact of the narrator’s activity at the time of modernization in the explanation of hadiths and the weighting of narrations” and the implementations of hadith scholars on it and the inference of the veracity or weakness of the hadith through the suspicion of a defect in the hadith in terms of its occurrence in different ways from the narrator such as “Wakf and transmission or linking and sending or disorder. The research also included an applied study of defected hadiths due to disagreement on the narrators described or known for being listlessness about modernization at times, by collecting and studying the hadiths that scholars weighting the veracity of it advent in both ways, with the presumption of activity or apathy of the narrator at the time of the update, the used method in this research the inductive-analytical method, then I concluded in which I mentioned the most important results and recommendations that I reached out during my study of this issue. |
