| 520 | |a تتعلق هذه الدراسة ببيان السمات الملازمة وغير الملازمة لمصطلح أصولي ذي بعد مقاصدي، وهو الحكمة، التي تعرف بأنها المعنى المناسب الذي من أجله صارت العلة علة، وقد ظهر للباحث أن معيار "المعنى" و "المناسبة" ومن ثم "الصلاحية للتعليل" من السمات الملازمة لجوهر الحكمة، إضافة إلى "التأثير المقاصدي"، وبما أن الأحكام الشرعية تناط بالعلل وجودا وعدما، فقد ناسب العلة أن تكون ظاهرة، ومنضبطة، بخلاف الحكمة؛ إذ لم يربط الشارع الحكم الشرعي بها، وبالتالي فإن "الانضباط" وكذلك "الظهور" ليسا السمات الأساسية الملازمة للحكمة. | ||
| 520 | |b This study elaborates on the inherent and non-inherent features of a fundamentalist term having a dimension aiming at Al-Maqasid, the objectives, which is “Alhikma”, wisdom; a term defined as the appropriate meaning for which the cause itself has become a causer. The research reveals that the “appropriateness” as one of the criteria, besides “validity of the reasoning” are inherent features of Alhikma in its essence; this is in addition to the influence of the objectives “Al-Maqasid”. Hence, given the fact that the Shari’ah rulings are attributed to the causes, as to the existence and/or absence of the causer, it suits the cause to be apparent and be disciplined. This is in contrast to the wisdom “Alhikma”; wherein the canons of Islam make no attribution between the Shari’ah rulings therewith. Accordingly, the question of being "disciplined" and apparently “ostensible" are not among the basic features inherent in wisdom. | ||
