| المستخلص: | إن الأمن الفكري يبقى اليوم وكل يوم مطلبا شرعيا لكل الأفراد والمجتمعات إذ هو صمام الأمان إزاء ما يعيشه المجتمع من عنف وإرهاب، وانتهاك لأبسط الحقوق الإنسانية، والواجب يحتم اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى العمل على تجنيب المجتمع كل محاولات الانزلاق في متاهات الفكر المنحرف. لقد أصبح تحقيق الأمن الفكري من أهم التحديات التي تواجه العالم الثالث أمام التداعيات السريعة والكبيرة للعولمة وأضحى تحقيقه من بين أهم القضايا على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، فقد أحدثت العولمة بشتى صورها وكافة أشكالها وباختلاف آلياتها وقنواتها تغيرا جذريا في أنماط التفكير في المجتمع، وذلك لأن تأثيرها تجاوز كل الحدود المحلية ليأخذ طابعا عالميا، ولقد أفرزت العولمة الكثير من الأخطار والتداعيات التي تعد تهديدا للأمن الفكري للمجتمع. بات الأمن الفكري في ظل العولمة وتداعياتها هاجسا ومطلبا وطنيا، ورؤية استراتيجية تستنفر أفراد المجتمع أقصى جهوده وطاقاتها لتحصيلها، ويبقى تحقيق الأمن الفكري ليس قائما عند حدود أجهزة الدولة السياسية ووحداتها الأمنية فقط، بل أصبح لزاما على كافة المؤسسات المجتمعية بما فيها التربوية والتعليمية ضرورة تضافر الجهود وتكامل الأدوار لتحقيق الأمن الفكري داخل المجتمع. Intellectual security remains today and every day a legitimate demand for all individuals and societies, as it is the safety valve against the violence and terror that society is experiencing, and the violation of the most basic human rights, and it is imperative today more than ever to work to spare society all attempts to slide into the labyrinths of deviant thought. Achieving intellectual security has become one of the most important challenges facing the third world in the face of the rapid and large repercussions of globalization, and its achievement has become among the most important issues at the political, social and economic level. Globalization in all its forms and all its forms and its different mechanisms and channels has caused a radical change in the patterns of thinking in society, because its impact Exceeding all local boundaries to take a global character, and globalization has produced many dangers and repercussions that are a threat to the intellectual security of society. Intellectual security has become in light of globalization and its repercussions an obsession and a national demand, and a strategic vision that mobilizes community members to their maximum efforts and energies to achieve them, and the achievement of intellectual security remains not only at the borders of the state’s political apparatus and security units, but has become an obligation for all societal institutions, including educational and educational, the necessity for concerted efforts. And the integration of roles to achieve intellectual security within society. |
