| المستخلص: | يناقش البحث ظاهرة الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري من حيث المفهوم، الدوافع سبل المواجهة، ونظرا لتزايد الأحداث الإرهابية والتطرف الفكري في المجتمعات العربية والغربية بشكل كبير ومستمر فقد أصبح من الضروري دراسة ظاهرة الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري من حيث المفهوم والدوافع وسبل المواجهة في المجتمعات البشرية لضمان الاستقرار في مجتمعاتنا وتوفير الأمن المجتمعي الشامل فيها وفي عدة مجالات. وتسعى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة طبيعة الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري من حيث المفهوم والدوافع وسبل المواجهة للحد منها ولوقاية المجتمعات البشرية من أضرارها. حيث تم تحليل الدراسة وفق الأسلوب الإحصائي الوصفي على عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم وضع عدد من التوصيات منها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية حول العوامل المؤدية للإرهاب والتطرف من قبل الباحثين والمؤسسات العلمية وأن توثق وفق إحصائيات ذات مصادر موثقه يسهل الحصول عليه من قبل الباحثين، وتوعية الأسر والمجتمع المحلي بدور المؤسسات التربوية والمؤسسات الأمنية في آلية الوقاية من الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري في المجتمع، وتوزيع الدراسة على المؤسسات المعنية في مجال الوقاية والحماية من الإرهاب والتطرف في المجتمعات البشرية، وتطوير المناهج والمقررات المدرسية والجامعية لتشتمل على جوانب تعريفية وتوعوية في مجال الوقاية والحماية من الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري، وتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين مختلف المؤسسات في الدولة (حكومية وأهلية) لمواجهة خطر الإرهاب والتطرف الفكري. The article discusses the phenomenon of terrorism and intellectual extremism in terms of the concept, motives, ways of confrontation, and given the increasing terrorist and intellectual extremism events in Arab and Western societies in a large and continuous way, it has become necessary to study the phenomenon of terrorism and intellectual extremism in terms of the concept, motives and ways of confrontation in human societies to ensure stability in our societies And provide comprehensive social security in it and in several areas. This study seeks to know the nature of terrorism and intellectual extremism in terms of concept, motives and means of confrontation to reduce them and to protect human societies from their harms. Where the study was analyzed according to the descriptive statistical method on a sample of graduate students, and based on the results of the study a number of recommendations were developed, including: Conducting more studies and scientific research on the factors leading to terrorism and extremism by researchers and scientific institutions and that documenting according to statistics with documented sources facilitates Obtaining it by researchers, sensitizing families and the local community to the role of educational and security institutions in the mechanism of preventing terrorism and intellectual extremism in society, and distributing the study to the relevant institutions in the field of prevention and protection from terrorism and extremism in human societies To develop curricula and school and university curricula to include aspects of awareness and awareness in the field of prevention and protection from terrorism and intellectual extremism, and to enhance cooperation and coordination between the various institutions in the state (governmental and private) to confront the threat of terrorism and intellectual extremism.. |
