| المستخلص: | تعتبر الصناعات التحويلية من الفروع الأساسية والهامة للقطاع الصناعي في معظم الدول، ولهذا فإن التعرف على واقع هذا الفرع والإمكانيات المتاحة أمر في غاية الأهمية بالنظر إلى الدور الذي يلعبه ضمن النشاط الاقتصادي، سواء من ناحية علاقته بالفروع الاقتصادية الأخرى أو حتى تأثيره على المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية كالتشغيل ومعدل النمو الاقتصادي وغيرها، وبالتالي أضحى التصنيع يعتبر كمقياس لمستوى التطور الاقتصادي، وسنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على واقع الصناعة التحويلية في الجزائر واستراتيجية تطويرها في إطار برنامج التنويع الاقتصادي ومساهمتها في الناتج الداخلي الخام بالنظر للإمكانيات المتاحة، بالإضافة إلى أهم العراقيل التي تواجه تطور هذا الفرع الهام ونخلص في الأخير إلى بعض الحلول والاقتراحات بغيت النهوض بهذا القطاع. Manufacturing industries are considered to be the main and important branches of the industrial sector in most countries. Therefore, the recognition of the reality of this branch and the possibilities available is very important in view of the role it plays within the economic activity, both in relation to other economic branches or even it’s impact on macroeconomic variables such as operation economic growth and so on. And thus industrialization is considered as a measure of the level of economic development, and we will try through this paper to shed light on the reality of manufacturing in Algeria and the strategy of development under the program of economic diversification and its contribution to the gross domestic product in view of the possibilities available, in addition to the most important obstacles to the development of this important section and we conclude in the end to some solutions and suggestions canceled the advancement of this sector. Les industries manufacturières sont les branches principales et importantes du secteur industriel dans la plupart des pays, afin de reconnaître la réalité de cette section et les possibilités est très important compte tenu du rôle joué au sein de l'activité économique, tant en termes de ses relations avec les autres branches économiques ou même son impact sur les variables macroéconomiques comme le taux de chômage, La croissance économique … etc. la fabrication est considérée comme une mesure du niveau de développement économique, et nous essaierons cet article pour faire la lumière sur la réalité de l'industrie manufacturière en Algérie et la stratégie pour la développer dans le cadre du programme de diversification économique et sa contribution au PIB, Considérant les possibilités disponibles, nous aborderons les obstacles au développement de ce secteur, car nous proposerons dans ce dernier des solutions et des suggestions pour l'avancement de ce secteur. |
