| المستخلص: | لقد بات الإصلاح منظومة التربية والتعليم من القضايا الرئيسية التي تؤرق بال المسؤولين الحكوميين في شتى أنحاء العالم إيمانا منهم بأن تكوين الرأسمال البشري يعد الدعامة الأساسية لكل نهضة، والمنهج النبوي صالح لكل زمان ومكان لمرونة قواعده وشمولية مقاصده، وشرف ونبل وسائله؛ لأنه يهدف إلى بناء الأنسان روحيا ونفسيا وعقليا وجسديا، وقد خطه الموضوع الموسوم: (المنهج النبوي التربوي وأثره في إرساء قواعد جودة التربية والتعليم) المبحث الأول: التعريف بمفهوم المصطلحات الآتية (المنهج، التربية، الجودة). أما المبحث الثاني: 1-التربية على القدوة الحسنة. ٢- التربية بالحفاوة والترحيب وحسن الاستقبال. ٣- التربية بالرفق والرحمة وحسن التأني. 4- التربية بالثناء والتشجيع. ٥-التربية بالتدرج ومراعاة الحال. 6- التربية بالأحداث المجتمعية. ٧- التربية بالتواضع وإزالة الحواجز. ٨-التربية بالإقناع. أما أهم النتائج كانت كالاتي: التربية بالقدوة الحسنة قدوة هي أفضل وسائل التربية على الإطلاق، لذلك انتهج الرسول (صل الله عليه وسلم) أن يكون قدوة في كل شيء حسن ليمثله من حوله فكان خلقه القرآن، فإذا استخدم المعلم أو أي مربي مبدأ التشجيع والثناء بين صفوف الطلبة يكسبهم ويحبونه، لقد كان من إعجاز النبوة أن يكون أي حدث يمر على النبي- صل الله عليه وسلم- يستفيد منه أي إفادة في تربية من حوله ليترسخ ذلك في أفكارهم ويتعلموا الفراسة من تعاقب الأحداث؛ وهكذا ينبغي لنا في تربية المتعلمين لأعمال العقل ومعرفة الفوائد من الأحداث وتجنب الشرور فيصبح المسلم ذكيا فطنا في عاقب الأيام. The reform of the education system has become one of the main issues that haunt government officials in various parts of the world, believing that the formation of human capital is the mainstay of every revival, and the prophetic curriculum is valid for every time and place for its flexibility and comprehensiveness of its purposes, and the honor and nobility of its means; because it aims to build The human being is spiritually, psychologically, mentally and physically, and the topic marked: (The prophetic educational approach and its impact on laying the foundations for quality education) The first topic: Defining the concept of the following terms (curriculum, education, quality). As for the second topic: 1- Education on setting a good example. 2- Education with warmth, welcome and good reception. 3- Education with kindness, compassion, and good time. 4- Education with praise and encouragement 5- Education gradually and taking into account the situation. 6- Education about community events. 7- Education with humility and removing barriers. 8- Education by persuasion As for the most important results, they were as follows: Education by good example is an example, it is the best means of education at all. Therefore, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) used to be an example in every good thing to be represented by those around him, so his creation was the Qur’an. If the teacher or any educator used the principle of encouragement and praise between The ranks of the students win them and love it, it was one of the miracles of the prophet hood for any event that passes to the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - to benefit from any benefit in educating those around him, so that this would be entrenched in their ideas and they would learn the virtue from the succession of events. And this is how we should educate the educated about the works of reason, knowing the benefits of events and avoiding evils, so that the Muslim becomes intelligent and intelligent in the aftermath of days. |
