| المستخلص: | The superior and talented students represent the important national wealth. So, it is the duty of the society to have an interest in them and not squandered them by neglecting and lack of care. The society has to invest the talents of his sons to contribute in the welfare and development of its future. According to the studies, these students need care and attention not less than the students who have difficulties in learning. Moreover, they belong to the community with special needs. Therefore, they are entitled to receive equal educational opportunities consistent with their abilities and aptitudes. This study expresses the deep faith in the talented students, and the suitable investment of their minds in response to the needs of educators in our schools and educational institutions, In addition to the need of their parents to revel this human wealth. |
