| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أولويات الإصلاح التربوي لمواجهة الفساد في المؤسسات التعليمية من خلال عرض لمفهوم ومظاهر الفساد في المؤسسات التعليمية، ودور وسائط التربية في مواجهة مظاهر الفساد في المؤسسات التعليمية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لدور المؤسسات التعليمية في مواجهة الفساد، وأكدت الدراسة على أن علاج ظاهرة الفساد لا يتم إلا بالوقوف على أسبابها فمنها أسباب سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية وغيرها، كما أكدت على أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين الفساد في المجتمع و كفاءة النظام التعليمي وجودة مخرجاته وكذلك معدل التنمية. ووصت الدراسة بضرورة: - الاستقرار السياسي مجتمعيا وتعليميا وتوافر الإرادة السياسية القوية والصادقة لمكافحة الفساد خاصة في مجال التعليم والتأكيد على مشاركة جميع أفراد المجتمع في مواجهة كافة مظاهر الفساد. - إجراء البحوث والدراسات التي تتعلق بظاهرة الفساد ووضع التوصيات موضع التنفيذ. - اعتماد معايير الكفاءة والنزاهة في تولي المناصب الإدارية وخاصة في المؤسسات التعليمية. - تعظيم دور وسائط التربية المختلفة والتكامل فيما بينها في بناء الفرد وفق أسس ومرتكزات قيمية وأخلاقية تنبذ الفساد. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to identify the priorities of educational reform to confront societal corruption especially in educational institutions through a presentation of the concept and manifestations of corruption in educational institutions, and the role of educational media in facing the corruption in educational institutions. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach. The study presented a proposed perception of the role of educational institutions in facing corruption. The study emphasized that the treatment of corruption phenomenon can only be done by examining its causes, including political, economic, social and other reasons, as you are that there is an inverse relationship between corruption in society and the efficiency of the educational system and the quality of its outputs as well Development rate. The study recommended that: - Political stability, socially and educationally, and the availability of strong and sincere political will to fight corruption, especially in the field of education, and to emphasize the participation of all members of society In the face of all manifestations of societal corruption. -Conducting research and studies on corruption, and putting recommendations and decisions into practice. - Adopting standards of competence and integrity in selecting personalities to assume managerial positions, especially in educational institutions. - Maximizing the role of the various modes of education and complementing one another in building the individual according to values and ethical principles that reject corruption. | ||
