| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى بيان العلاقة بين حوكمة تقانة المعلومات والتمكين الإداري في كليات ومعاهد الجامعة التقنية الشمالية في محافظة نينوى، إذ تم توزيع (100) استمارة على عدد من الأفراد العاملين فيها، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين حوكمة تقانة المعلومات والتمكين الإداري في المنظمة المبحوثة، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث الاهتمام بتطبيق حوكمة تقانة المعلومات لما لها من مزايا تسهم في تحسين العمل الإداري في المنظمة، وقدم البحث مقترحات منها توظيف حوكمة تقانة المعلومات بوصفها أداة لممارسة السلطة بين المدير والأفراد العاملين داخل المنظمة في اطار نقل وتبادل المعلومات. | ||
