| المستخلص: | علم مشكل الحديث يتولى جانبا مهما في فهم الحديث وشرحه وفهم مراده وكشف اللبس عنه، وتقديم إجابات وتوجيهات للأحاديث التي أدعى فيها التناقض والتعارض، فهو يتعامل بقواعد الجمع والترجيح بين الأحاديث المتعارضة لتغطية كل التساؤلات والإجابة عن كل الإشكالات التي يطرحها العقل المفكر بغية فهم بعض النصوص وتقديم تفسير دقيق ومقنع يشبع فضول إرادة الفهم ورفض الوهم، فهو يكتسب بعدا خاصا ومهما بين العلوم الشرعية التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها، وأيضا من ناحية ما يبحثه من قضايا التعارض ومسالك رفعه وبذل الجهد في تقويم الفهم وتوجيه وبهذا فهو وثيق الصلة بمباحث أصول الفقه كل هذا يعزز من أهمية الموضوع وضرورة دراسته وبحثه من كل زاوية تخدمه.
