| 520 | |a يتمثل جوهر الخطاب السياسي في إقناع المتلقي بالقضية المطروحة، والذي يتم من خلال استخدام مختلف الاستراتيجيات اللغوية لكي يصل المتحدث إلى هدفه. من هذا المنطلق يهدف البحث في ضوء نظرية أفعال الكلام إلى دراسة الأساليب اللغوية لفعلي الطلب والوعد وكذلك العوامل التي تحدد إمكانية توجيه أفعال الطلب المختلفة طبقا للسياق والموقف التواصلي لتؤدي إلى قبول المتلقي لفعل الطلب. تعبر أفعال الطلب والوعد عن إرادة المتحدث للقيام بفعل معين من خلال المستمع أو المتحدث نفسه. يتم دراسة هذه الأفعال في خطابات مختارة للمستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل والرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي في إطار مكافحة التوجهات المتطرفة. وتعتمد دراسة الخطابات المختارة على التحليل التداولي التقابلي متمثلاً في المقارنة بين الألمانية والعربية من حيث استخدام الوسائل اللغوية للطلب والوعد. يظهر الشبه في استخدام الأفعال الأدائية، أسلوب الأمر والأسئلة البلاغية. تتضمن الخطابات المختارة في العربية أسلوب القسم باعتباره أسلوبا للتوكيد يرتبط بالثقافة العربية الإسلامية وكذلك استراتيجية الافتراضات الضمنية التي تتناسب مع السياق السياسي وتدعم فعل الوعد. | ||
| 520 | |b The essence of a political speech is to convince the recipient of a specific issue. Motivated by this fact, this research aims to study the linguistic strategies of requesting and promising, which express the willingness of the speaker to do a specific action. These acts are studied in selected speeches by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Egyptian President ʿAbd l-Fattāḥ ʾAs-Sīsī in the context of confronting extreme trends. The study of the selected texts is based on the method of the contrastive pragmatic analysis, which is to compare German and Arabic in terms of the use of the linguistic means of requesting and promising. In relation to the results, linguistic means such as performative verbs and rhetorical questions are used by both Merkel and ʾAs-Sīsī. The Arabic speeches contain the swearing by Allāh as a linguistic style associated with Arab-Islamic culture and textual presuppositions in accordance with the political context. | ||
