| 520 | |b The purpose of this study was to the role of workplace ostracism in enhancing psychological withdrawal behavior in the educational sector at Mansoura University. Data from 403 employees in the educational sector were analyzed using Wrap-PLS. The findings showed that workplace ostracism has a positive direct impact on green psychological withdrawal behavior. Theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and further research of the study are discussed as well. | ||
