| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث تعريفات للفقر والحرمان في اللغة والاصطلاح وفي السياق القرآني، وعلاقة الفقر والحرمان، ويتكون البحث من ثلاثة مباحث حيث يتناول المبحث الأول أسباب وعوامل الفقر والحرمان الناتجة من الامتناع عن أداء الحقوق والتبير وكنز الأموال وإهمال المشاريع العامة، وتطرق المبحث الثاني لأهم آثار الفقر على المجتمع كانتشار الأمية والأمراض والقتل والمشاكل الأسرية... أما المبحث الثالث تناول السبل والحلول في مطلبين المطلب الأول السبل المعنوية كالدعاء والإيمان بالله تعالى والتقوى واجتناب المعاصي، والمطلب الثاني السبل المادية كالسعي للعمل والتكافل الاجتماعي والحقوق الواجبة والمندوبة، وفي نهاية المطاف خاتمة لأهم النتائج. This research deals with definitions of poverty and deprivation in language and terminology and the Qur’anic context, and the relationship of poverty and deprivation. The research consists of three sections. The first section deals with the causes and factors of poverty and deprivation resulting from refraining from fulfilling rights, waste, hoarding money, and neglecting public projects. The second section touched on the essential effects of poverty on society, such as illiteracy, diseases, murder, and family problems. The third section dealt with ways and solutions in two requirements. The first requirement: moral means such as supplication, belief in Allah Almighty, piety and avoiding sins, and the second requirement: material ways such as striving for work, social solidarity, and obligatory and delegated rights, and in the end, a conclusion to the most important results.
