| 520 | |a لما كان الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله اعتداء على نفوس الناس وأموالهم بغير حق وانتهاكا لحرماتهم، وأمنهم ومصالحهم، كان لزاما أن تتضافر الجهود للقضاء عليه، صيانة لضرورات الناس، وأمنهم ومصالحهم، وحماية لهم من تبعات الإرهاب، وانطلاقا من أهمية الموضوع رأيت أن أكتب بحثا تحت عنوان: "القواعد الأصولية والمقاصدية المؤثرة في علاج التطرف والإرهاب"؛ ليكون موضوع بحثي راجية من الله عز وجل التوفيق والسداد. يتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. المقدمة: تحدثت فيها عن أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته. التمهيد: في التعريف بعنوان البحث، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المبحث الأول: تحدثت فيه عن القواعد الأصولية المؤثرة في علاج التطرف والإرهاب، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المبحث الثاني: وتحدثت فيه عن القواعد المقاصدية المؤثرة في علاج التطرف والإرهاب، وفيه أربعة مطالب: الخاتمة: أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته. | ||

The second section: I talked about the objective rules affecting the treatment of extremism and terrorism and it has four topics.
