| المستخلص: | لما كان الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله اعتداء على نفوس الناس وأموالهم بغير حق وانتهاكا لحرماتهم، وأمنهم ومصالحهم، كان لزاما أن تتضافر الجهود للقضاء عليه، صيانة لضرورات الناس، وأمنهم ومصالحهم، وحماية لهم من تبعات الإرهاب، وانطلاقا من أهمية الموضوع رأيت أن أكتب بحثا تحت عنوان: "القواعد الأصولية والمقاصدية المؤثرة في علاج التطرف والإرهاب"؛ ليكون موضوع بحثي راجية من الله عز وجل التوفيق والسداد. يتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. المقدمة: تحدثت فيها عن أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته. التمهيد: في التعريف بعنوان البحث، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المبحث الأول: تحدثت فيه عن القواعد الأصولية المؤثرة في علاج التطرف والإرهاب، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المبحث الثاني: وتحدثت فيه عن القواعد المقاصدية المؤثرة في علاج التطرف والإرهاب، وفيه أربعة مطالب: الخاتمة: أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته. Since terrorism in all its forms is an unlawful assault on the souls of people and their money and a violation of their sanctities, their security and interests, it was necessary for concerted efforts to eliminate it, to safeguard the needs of people, their security and interests, and protect them from the consequences of terrorism, and based on the importance of the topic, I saw that I write a paper under the title: " Fundamental and objective rules affecting the treatment of extremism and terrorism" To be the subject of my research, hoping for God success and guidance. The research consists of an introduction, preface, two sections and a conclusion. The introduction: I talked about the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, the previous studies, its method and plan. The preface: it is about defining of the research title and it has four topics. The first section: I talked about the fundamental rules affecting the treatment of extremism and terrorism and it has four topics. The second section: I talked about the objective rules affecting the treatment of extremism and terrorism and it has four topics. The conclusion: it has the most important results and recommendations |
