| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء السنة النبوية، استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الكفاءات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تظهر إذا كانت توفرت في بيئة مناسبة لقدراتهم واحتياجاتهم التعليمية وخاصة أن الطلاب من ذوي الاحتياجات، إذا ما قورنوا بغيرهم رغم النقص الكلي أو الجزئي، لهم قدرات لا تختلف عن العاديين، في التعلم والعمل واكتساب المهارات والخبرات إذا توفرت الاحتياجات المناسبة لهم، وتتمثل في الكفاءات المهنية اللازمة والبرامج والأجهزة والبيئة المناسبة التي تستثمر قدراتهم وطاقاتهم بالوجه الصحيح. إن المجتمع الإسلامي والذي يتمثل في شخصية وطريقة تعامل النبي الكريم وفر بيئة داعمة لقدرات ومهارات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مما أدى إلى مشاركتهم في مناصرة الدين الإسلامي ودعم المجتمع المسلم، وحيث أثمرت تلك أثمرت تلك المعاملة إلى تميز الكثير منهم وبروزهم في مجالات هامة في المجتمع الإسلامي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على الاستفادة من طرق التعامل النبوي مع ذي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتطبيقها في مناهج إعداد معلمي التربية الخاصة على توفر الكفايات المهنية اللازمة المتعلقة بالسمات الشخصية لمعلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وأهمية توظيف الوسائل البيئة المناسبة المعينة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها تتبع الأحاديث النبوية التي وجهها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما يتعلق بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. والعمل على تحليل المواقف النبوية والاستفادة منها لتعزيز الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. "The study aimed to identify the professional competencies of teachers with special needs in the light of the Sunnah of the Prophet, the two researchers used the descriptive approach, and the study concluded that the professional competencies of teachers with special needs appear if they are available in an environment suitable for their abilities and educational needs, especially that students with special needs, if Compared to others, despite the total or partial deficiency, they have abilities that are not different from the ordinary ones, in learning, working, and acquiring skills and experience if the appropriate needs are available to them, and they are represented in the necessary professional competencies, software, hardware and the appropriate environment that invests their abilities and energies in the right way. The Islamic community, which is represented in the personality and manner of dealing with the Noble Prophet, provided a supportive environment for the abilities and skills of people with special needs, which led to their participation in advocating the Islamic religion and supporting the Muslim community, and where this resulted in that treatment, many of them distinguished themselves and their prominence in important areas in the Islamic community. The study concluded by emphasizing the benefit of the Prophet's methods of dealing with people with special needs and their application in the curricula for preparing special education teachers on the availability of the necessary professional competencies related to the personal characteristics of teachers with special needs, and the importance of employing appropriate environmental means. In light of these results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including following the hadiths addressed by the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with regard to people with special needs. And work on analyzing prophetic attitudes and benefiting from them to enhance the professional competencies necessary for teachers with special needs. " |
