| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتوثيق عاقدي الوثائق والشروط الأندلسيين خلال عصري الإمارة والخلافة الذي يعد عصر تأسيس العلوم والثقافة الأندلسية. قسم البحث إلى محورين: المحور الأول تناول الوثائق والشروط لغة واصطلاحا، وأصول ومنافع علم الوثائق والشروط، وصفات عاقدي الوثائق والشروط وأجورهم، فيما تناول المبحث الثاني عقد الوثائق والشروط في الأندلس في عصري الإمارة والخلافة وتوزع على مؤلفي كتب الوثائق والشروط عاقديها والمدلسين فيها. The research aims to study and document who contracted documents of Andalusian Scientists through at the tow periods Emarate and Khilafate (138-422 A.H/756- 1031 A.D) which consider the age of Science and culture establishment age. The Search divided on tow axis: The first axis handled the documents and conditions, then divided to them as language and idioms, documents and conditions science principles and its’ benefits the condition and documents contractor traits and his wages. While the second axis handled documents and conditions contract at Andalus then ramify to documents and conditions books authors and documents and conditions contractors also the cheaters through its’ hild in order to search vertically at important side of Andalusian culture and science sides |
