| 520 | |a إن الدارس والمتمعن في قضايا الديمقراطية والتنمية يدرك يقينا حجم التطور الذي عرفته في مفاهيمها البنيوية واختلاف المناهج المفسرة لطبيعة العلاقة الجدلية بينهما في ظل خصوصيات مكانية وزمانية أسهمت إلى حد كبير في بناء الأنموذج المعرفي والباراديغم المفسر لها. إن أغلب الدراسات اهتمت بدرجة كبيرة بطبيعة المآلات والنتائج المرجوة من عملية طرح الرؤى الديمقراطية في العالم بالوصول إلى الرفاه الاجتماعي لأفراده وتحقيق التنمية والتي عرفت بدورها تطورت عززتها قوى الوعي المجتمعي لمتطلباته وحاجاته المختلفة ولعل آخرها مفاهيم ارتبطت بأبعادها المستدامة، متجاوزة أبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إلى أبعاد بيئية تراعي حقوق الأجيال القادمة في عملية التنمية. | ||
