| المستخلص: | إن الدارس والمتمعن في قضايا الديمقراطية والتنمية يدرك يقينا حجم التطور الذي عرفته في مفاهيمها البنيوية واختلاف المناهج المفسرة لطبيعة العلاقة الجدلية بينهما في ظل خصوصيات مكانية وزمانية أسهمت إلى حد كبير في بناء الأنموذج المعرفي والباراديغم المفسر لها. إن أغلب الدراسات اهتمت بدرجة كبيرة بطبيعة المآلات والنتائج المرجوة من عملية طرح الرؤى الديمقراطية في العالم بالوصول إلى الرفاه الاجتماعي لأفراده وتحقيق التنمية والتي عرفت بدورها تطورت عززتها قوى الوعي المجتمعي لمتطلباته وحاجاته المختلفة ولعل آخرها مفاهيم ارتبطت بأبعادها المستدامة، متجاوزة أبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إلى أبعاد بيئية تراعي حقوق الأجيال القادمة في عملية التنمية. The student of democracy and development issues is fully aware of the extent of development in their structural concepts and the different approaches that explain the nature of the dialectical relationship between them in light of spatial and temporal peculiarities that have contributed greatly to building the cognitive model and paradigm that explains it. Most of the studies paid great attention to the nature of the outcomes and desired results from the process of presenting democratic visions in the world to reach the social welfare of its members and achieve development, which in turn knew developments that were strengthened by the forces of community awareness of its various needs, perhaps the last of which were concepts that were linked to their sustainable dimensions, bypassing their economic and social dimensions to environmental dimensions that take into account the rights.
