| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة لتقديم تصور مقترح للأدوار المستحدثة لمعلمة رياض الأطفال عن طريقة تحليل التوجهات التربوية المعاصرة في مجال تربية الطفل، وبخاصة رياض الأطفال؛ حيث وجد أن معلمة رياض الأطفال تواجه الكثير من التوجهات التربوية المعاصرة، منها ما يتعلق بتحديات العصر ومتطلباته، وتحديات معلم القرن الحادي والعشرين، والتوجه نحو الروضة الجذابة، ومواصفات المعلمة الفعالة، ومنها ما يتعلق بالسياسة التعليمية، واهتمام وزارة التربية والتعليم بتطوير مرحلة رياض الأطفال والتوجه نحو المنهج المطور، والمعايير القومية لمرحلة رياض الأطفال، والخطة الاستراتيجية القومية لإصلاح التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر وتطويره من 2013 حتى 2030، والتوجه نحو توظيف التكنولوجيا في تربية الطفل، والاهتمام بتعليم الطفل المهارات الحياتية، مما شكل عبء ومسئولية كبيرة على معلمات رياض الأطفال، وأوجب عليها تطوير أدوارها، والعمل على استحداث أدوار جديدة تتناسب مع التوجهات التربوية المعاصرة. The present study aims at providing suggested proposal of the newly introduced roles of kindergarten teachers throught analyzing the contemporary educational orientations in the field of child education, especully kindergarten.it was found that a kindergarten teacher faces many contemporary educational orientations such as those associated with both the requirement and challenges of moder time.as well as the challenges that a teacher faces in the twenty first century. Also the characteristics of an attractive kindergarten as well as those of an active teacher are included. Such characteristics are associated with educational strategy, the interest of the ministry of education in developing kindergarten stage, adopting newly developed educational orientation. National criteria of the kindergarten stage. The national strategy for improving pre-univirsty education in Egypt and developing it from 2013 to 2030. enploying technology in child education. Instructing child on acquiring life skills. These all have represented a great burden and responsibility on kindergarten teachers and required developing their roles as well as trying to introduce new roles adequate to new contemporary orientions. |
