| 520 | |a نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي في تحقيق جودة التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، وفيما إذا كانت توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أساتذة التعليم الجامعي لجامعة البليدة 2 في مستوى أدائهم الوظيفي، وفي مستوى جودة تعليمهم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من أساتذة التعليم الجامعي بجامعة البليدة 2 قوامها 150 أستاذا، حيث طبق عليها مقياسين الأول خاص بالأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي، والمقياس الثاني خاص بجودة التعليم الجامعي، منتهجين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى أنه: للأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي دور في تحقيق جودة التعليم الجامعي بجامعة البليدة2، وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى أدائهم الوظيفي، وكذلك في مستوى جودة تعليمهم. | ||
| 520 | |b Through this study, we aim to know the role of a university professor’s job performance in achieving the quality of university education from the professors ’point of view, and whether there are statistically significant differences between professors of university education at the University of Blida 2 in their level of job performance, and in the quality of their education. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a simple random sample of university education professors at the University of Blida 2 was chosen, consisting of 150 professors, on which two measures were applied, the first of which was related to the job performance of a university professor, and the second measure of the quality of university education, following that descriptive and analytical approach. After collecting data and analyzing the results, we concluded that: The job performance of a university professor has a role in achieving the quality of university education at the University of Blida 2, and that there are statistically significant differences in the level of their job performance, as well as in the quality of their education. | ||
