| المستخلص: | موضوع البحث هو "رجال مالك ممن لم يذكر فيهم جرح أو تعديل ومروياتهم في الموطأ".\nوذلك إن موطأ الإمام مالك من أجل المصنفات في الحديث وأقدمها وأصحها بعد الصحيحين وقد أثنى العلماء على رجال مالك فلم يكن يودع كتابه إلا من كان يرضاه. ولذلك فإن من العلماء من أطلق القول بأن كل من روى عنه مالك سواء كان من شيوخه أو من فوقه فإنه ثقة ولاسيما إن كان من المدنيين.\nومن هنا رأيت أهمية جمع رجال الموطأ الذين لم يذكروا الذين خرج لهم مالك ولم يذكروا بجرح أو تعديل مع ذكر مروياتهم التي رواها مالك عنهم في الموطأ في هذا البحث اللطيف\nوقد اخترت الكتابة في البحث لأهميته وأساب ذكرتها في موضعها ولم أجد من جمع الرجال الذين لم يذكروا بجرح أو تعديل ممن روى عنهم مالك في الموطأ وكانت خطة البحث مكونة من: مقدمة ثم ذكر الرجال الذين لم يذكروا بجرح أو تعديل ممن روى عنهم مالك في الموطأ ومروياتهم وقد رتبتهم حسب ترتيب المعجم ثم الخاتمة وأذكر فيها أهم النتائج فهرس المصادر\nوقد كان منهجي في البحث: أنني جمعت ما وقفت عليه من الرجال ممن ذكر باسمه في الكتب التي اعتنت برجال موطأ مالك ممن في رواية يحيى الليثي ممن لم يذكر فيه جرح أو تعديل مع ذكر مروياته في الموطأ والتعليق عليها بما يناسب وفق منهج بينته\nوقد واجهت بعض الصعوبات في كتابة البحث الصعوبات التي واجهتني في البحث منها عدم وجود المصادر الكافية التي استوعبت الكلام في رجال مالك، وأن الرجال الذين أبحث عنهم عدوا من المجاهيل فالبحث في تراجمهم يحتاج لجهد مضاعف وكذا الكلام على أحاديثهم\nهذا والله أسال من التوفيق للصواب وأن يجعل هذا خالصا لوجهه الكريم.\n The subject of the research is “Narrators of Malik about whom no Jarh and Ta‘deel (criticism of Hadith narrators) has been mentioned and their narrations in Muwatta.”\nThis is because the Muwatta of Imam Malik is one of the best, oldest, and authentic, after Bukhari and Muslim, works in Hadith. The scholars have praised the narrators of Malik. Imam Malik would only trust those who would satisfy him. Therefore, some scholars said that whoever Malik has narrated from, whether from his teachers or those above him, is trustworthy, especially if he is from Madinah.\nHence, I saw the importance of bringing together, in this paper, the narrators of Muwatta who have not been mentioned and who have been investigated by Malik and no Jarh and Ta'deeldid (criticism of Hadith narrators) has been mentioned about them, besides mentioning their narrations transmitted by Malik in His book Muawaata. \nI chose to write this research because of its importance, and for reasons that I have mentioned at their place, and because I did not find a work that compiled the narrators who have not been subjected to Jarh and Ta'deel and from whom Malim transmitted in Muwatta. The research plan consisted of: Introduction and then the mentioning of narrators who have not been subject to Jarh and Ta'deel and from whom Malik narrated in Muwatta, their narrations, and put them in the lexicon order, followed by the conclusion in which I mention the most important results. \nMy methodology in the research was that I collected the narrators that I understood and who were mentioned with names in the books that discussed the narrators of Muwatta by Imam Malik, those who are found in the narration of Yahya Al-Lithy, and those who have not been subjected Jarh and Ta'deel while mentioning their narrations in Muwatta and commenting on them in a manner appropriate to the methodology that I explained. \nI encountered some difficulties while writing the research. The difficulties I encountered in researching include the lack of sufficient sources that accommodated statements about the narrator of Malik, the narrators I researched for were unknown, thus looking for their biographies needed a double effort, and the same was the case with talking about their (Hadith) narration.\nI pray to Allah to make this work a success. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
