| المستخلص: | "إن البحث في تاريخ نشأة المدرسة الحديثية بالمغرب الأقصى يفضي إلى أن دخول الحديث والمصنفات الحديثية إليه مرتبط في بدايته بتأسيس الدولة الإدريسية بالمغرب الأقصى، التي تمسكت بمذهب مالك ونشأت في أحضانه، ونمت في أكناف موطأه. ولهذا فلا غرابة أن يكون كتاب (الموطأ) لإمام دار الهجرة مالك بن أنس، أول المصنفات الحديثيـة دخولا إلى المغرب الأقصى. وهذا مما يفسر في نظري سبب ارتباط المغاربة بالإمام مالك وبموطئه، إضافة إلى أسباب أخرى موضوعية ومذهبية وروحية. وهذا من الأمور الذي جعلت العمل مرتبطا بدليله في المدرسة المالكية المغربية منذ أول يوم، حيث لم يفصل بين الحديث والفقه، إلا في بعض الفترات من تاريخ الدولة المرابطية والمرينية. كما كان لتأسيس الدولة الإدريسية بالمغرب، وارتباطها بمذهب مالك ودخول الموطأ إليه أثر في ظهور مراكز علمية عديدة، احتضنت طائفة من المحدثين المغاربة الكبار، الذين أسسوا فعليا لنشأة مدرسة حديثية بالمغرب الأقصى. ولهذا ارتأيت أن تكون مشاركتي في هذا العدد من مجلة (الدراسات الإسلامية) المباركة مهتمة بهذا الجانب، ووسمتها: بـــ(منزلة الموطأ عند المغاربة، ودوره في التأسيس لمدرسة الحديث بالمغرب الأقصى) علها تجيب عن بعض التساؤلات التي يمكن أن تثار عن هذه المرحلة المبكرة من تاريخ مدرسة الحديث بالمغرب الأقصى." "Praise be to God, The Responsible for safeguarding Islam and prayer and peace be upon Sayyidina and Mawlana Mohamed, calling for the straight path until the Judgment Day. Research in the history of the birth of the Hadith school in Morocco leads to the fact that the early coming of the Hadith and modern works to Morocco is related to the establishment of the Idrissi state in Morocco. This latter clings to the doctrine of Imam Malik and was brought up and developed thanks to his Muwatta. Therefore, there is no wonder that the Muwatta Book of Malik Ibno Anas is the first Hadith book to have access to Morocco, as will be detailed. This explains, in my humble opinion, the reason why Moroccans are attached to the Imam Malik Muwatta in addition to objective, sectarian and spiritual factors. This is what makes his Muwatta embraced in Moroccan Maliki school right from the very beginning. There was no clear- cut line between Hadith and Fikh. However, the difference between Hadith and Fikh was made clear during some periods of Almoravid and Merinides state. The establishment of the Idris state in Morocco along with its attachment to the doctrine of Malik and the coming of the Muwatta paved the way for the emergence of many educational centers which encompassed a group of well to do experts. They were behind the birth of the Hadith school in Morocco. For this reason, I would like my contribution, in the latest issue of your prominent MAGAZINE called (islamic studies journal), to shed more light on this issue entitled as Muwatta Status Between Moroccans And His Role In Founding The Hadith School In Morocco'. I hope that this down to earth contribution will answer some of the questions raised about this early period of the history of the Hadith school in Morocco." |
