| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة الحالية معرفة أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة من حيث التحسين المستمر على أداء نظم الإنتاج المتمثلة في (جودة نظم الإنتاج، وتكلفة الإنتاج) بالتطبيق على شركات الصناعات الغذائية المقيدة في البورصة المصرية محل البحث. وقد أسفر البحث إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي لمشكلة البحث وهو: هل تؤثر متغيرات إدارة الجودة الشاملة (مبدأ التحسين المستمر) على عناصر أداء نظم الإنتاج (جودة نظم الإنتاج، تكلفة الإنتاج) بشركات الصناعات الغذائية المقيدة ببورصة الأوراق المالية محل البحث؟ وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجودة الشاملة وأداء نظم الإنتاج بالتطبيق على شركات الصناعات الغذائية المقيدة ببورصة الأوراق المالية محل البحث، ويرجع ذلك إلى اتجاه شركات الصناعات الغذائية إلى الاهتمام بتحسين أداء نظم الإنتاج لديها واهتمامهم بالتوعية والتدريب، واكتساب عاملين ذو مهارات وخبرات عالية تستطيع من خلالهم تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في جميع تخصصاتها، والتي يتم استغلالها في رفع وتحسين كفاءة جودة المنتجات الغذائية واكتساب القدرة على مواكبة السوق التنافسي. The current study aimed to know the impact of total quality management in terms of continuous improvement on the performance of production systems represented in (the quality of production systems, and the cost of production) by implementation on the food industries companies registered in the Egyptian Stock Exchange that belongs to study. The research resulted in answering the main question of the research problem, which is: Do the variables of total quality management (the principle of continuous improvement) effect on the performance elements of production systems represented in (the quality of production systems, the cost of production) in the food industries companies registered in the stock exchange that belongs to study? The results of the study found that, there is a statistically significant relationship between the total quality management and performance of production systems by applying on the food industry companies registered in the stock exchange that belongs to study. That’s refers to the tendency of food industries companies to pay attention to improving the performance of their production systems, and their interest in awareness and training, and the acquisition of workers with skills, and high expertise through which they can apply the total quality in all its specialties. Which used to raise and improve the efficiency of the quality of food products and gain the ability to keep pace with the competitive market. |
