| 520 | |b Smart organizations are a pioneering topic in the fields of business administration in general and the organization and organizational behavior in particular, and the research aimed to reveal the dimensions of the smart organization and the importance of its availability at the University of Samarra through a research community represented by the university's teaching card based on the analytical approach, and a non-random sample was chosen ( intentionally) by (50) members of the study population of 79 individuals, the data were analyzed by the (SMART PLS 3) program, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which was the availability of the smart organization dimensions at Samarra University, which were reflected through the answers of the research sample, as well as that two dimensions of the transfer of resources and building collective intelligence were the two critical dimensions in terms of importance depending on the performance of each dimension, and accordingly, the research recommended increased attention to these dimensions by the university administration to reach or occupy advanced positions among Iraqi universities. | ||
| 520 | |a تعد المنظمات الذكية موضوعا رائدا في ميادين إدارة الأعمال بشكل عام والمنظمة والسلوك التنظيمي بشكل خاص، وقد هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أبعاد المنظمة الذكية وأهمية توافرها في جامعة سامراء من خلال مجتمع بحثي تمثل بالكارد التدريسي للجامعة اعتمادا على المنهج التحليلي، وقد اختيرت عينة غير عشوائية (قصدية) بواقع (50) فردا من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ 79 فردا، حللت البيانات بواسطة برنامج (SMART PLS, 3) وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها توافر أبعاد المنظمة الذكية في جامعة سامراء انعكست من خلال إجابات عينة البحث، فضلا عن أن بعدي مناقلة الموارد وبناء الذكاء الجماعة كانا البعدين الحاسمين من حيث الأهمية تبعا لأداء كل بعد، وبناء على ذلك فقد أوصى البحث بزيادة الاهتمام بهذه الابعاد من قبل إدارة الجامعة للوصول أو احتلال مراكز متقدمة بين الجامعات العراقية. | ||
