| المستخلص: | Pedagogy poses a problem for the university. Being a profession, it cannot be improvised. This article is a discussion of the ad hoc training of the newly recruited teacher stipulated in decree 932. A "support" rather a professional catch-up rather than "pedagogical" which the college of teachers is entitled to question about its efficiency; immediately biased. La Pédagogie pose problème à l'université. Étant un métier, cela ne s improvise donc pas. Cet article est une discussion de la formation ad hoc de l'enseignant nouvellement recruté stipulée dans l'arrêté 932. Un «accompagnement» plutôt un rattrapage professionnel plutôt que «pédagogique» dont le collège des professeurs est en droit de s'interroger sur son efficacité ; d'emblée biaisée. |
