| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي وأثر ذلك على تطوير الأداء الفردي والمؤسسي وتجويد مخرجات التعليم في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية، لأن تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة يعتبر مخرجا لجعل الخدمات التعليمية الجامعية قادرة على تلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات المجتمع والسوق المحلي الأردني، وكذلك تحسين وتطوير الأداء وتأهيل الطلبة بشكل يؤدي إلى أن تكون هذه المخرجات ذات جودة عالية، حيث تم اختبار خمسة فرضيات أساسية في هذه الدراسة، وهذه الفرضيات تناولت العناصر الخمسة الرئيسية لإدارة الجودة الشاملة، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب الاستبانة لجمع البيانات اللازمة من خلال عينة مكونة من (230) من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية تم اختيارهم بصورة عشوائية. وتم اختبار صدق أداة الدراسة بالاعتماد على أراء اثني عشر من المتخصصين، كما تم اختبار مدى ثبات أداة الدراسة باستخدام معامل الارتباط، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية تولى اهتماماً جوهرياً بعنصرين رئيسيين هما: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والتركيز على العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية، وأظهرت الدراسة أيضا أن الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية تولى اهتماماً أكثر واضحاً لثلاثة عناصر من عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة وهي الثقافة التنظيمية للجامعات الحكومية الأردنية والتركيز على تطوير وتحسين العملية التعليمية، وتتبنى الإدارة العليا لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة. وكانت توصيات هذه الدراسة ضرورة تبني الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية لجميع عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كل مكونات النظام التعليمي الجامعي. This study aims to identify the extent of applying quality standards and academic accreditation to the development of individual and institutional performance and to improve education outcomes in Jordanian public universities, because the application of total quality management is a way out to make university educational services able to meet the needs and requirements of society and the Jordanian local market, as well as improving and developing performance and qualifying students in a manner that leads to these outputs being of high quality, where five basic hypotheses were tested in this study, and these hypotheses addressed the five main elements of total quality management, and the questionnaire method was used To collect the necessary data through consisting of (230) sample of faculty members were selected randomly. The sincerity of the study tool was tested by relying on the opinions of twelve specialists, and the stability of the study tool was tested using the correlation coefficient, and the results of the study showed that Jordanian public universities attached primary importance to two main elements: social responsibility, and a focus on workers in Jordanian government universities, and showed The study also states that Jordanian public universities pay more clear attention to three elements of total quality management, which is the organizational culture of Jordanian government universities and focus on developing and improving the educational process. The recommendations of this study were the necessity for Jordanian public universities to adopt all elements of total quality management in all components of the university educational system. |
