| المستخلص: | يعتبر البحث العلمي هو الأسلوب المنظم القائم على جمع وتوثيق المعلومات وتحليلها بموضوعية، بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج أو حقائق جديدة علمية وعملية تنعكس إيجابا على مجتمع الدراسة بالدرجة الأولى، وجاء ميثاق وأخلاقيات المهنة والآداب الجامعية ليسلط الضوء على هذا الدور المهم، وتعزيز مصداقية الجامعة البيداغوجية والعلمية على قيم خاصة بمجتمعنا بإرساء مجموعة من المبادئ الأساسية موضحا حقوق والتزامات كل واحد فيها، وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت هذه الدراسة التي ارتأينا فيها تسليط الضوء على المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البحث العلمي- قراءة تحليلية للمبادئ الأساسية لميثاق وأخلاقيات المهنة والآداب الجامعية- لنوضح أهم الالتزامات التي تقع على كل من مؤسسات البحث العلمي، الأستاذ الباحث، والمؤسسات الداعمة للبحث العلمي كطرف ثالث مهم لما من مسؤولية اتجاه المجتمع وفقا للقوانين السارية. Scientific research is an organized method based on collecting, documenting and analyzing information objectively, in order to reach new scientific and practical results or facts that positively affect the study community in the first place, Therefore the institutions of scientific research and researchers are primarily responsible for the direction of this society, which is called social responsibility; Which means the commitment of organizations and individuals to social norms through understanding it and participation in them, the real value of the individual in his society measured by the extent of responsibility for himself and others, and the Charter and ethics of the profession and university ethics are focus on this important role, in order to enhance the credibility of the university and the researcher based on the values of society, and this is through the establishment of a set of principles and clarify the rights and obligations of each one. On this basis, this study in which we highlighted the importance of social responsibility in scientific research to clarify the most important commitments of each of the parties to scientific research (university, professor, and institutions supporting scientific research as an important third party because of its responsibility towards society in accordance with the laws Mast). |
