| المستخلص: | إن أهم أهداف الصورة أنها ثقافة مفروضة علينا، تقتحم بيوتنا وتبدل أفكارنا وتعمل على اعتياد غسيل عقولنا بأنفسنا أو عنوة وفعلت الاتصالات والإعلام العالمي دورهما في الانتقال من منطقة العرض إلى منطقة الفرض. لقد وضعت الصورة لكي تكون ثنائية التفاعل وهي أغلب حالات الاتصال وهذه حقيقة متمثلة بدائرة التغذية المرتدة التي ليس للمربي سيطرة عليها فهي قابلة للتكرار ومن خلال هذه العملية يحدث نوع من الأهمية والتأثير ومن ثم التفاعل بالعين للعين بالمشاهدة والتكرار للصورة ويمكن إن نطلق عليها تلميحات ملفوظة مرئية ومسموعة وأحيانا تكون صورة مرئية لا ملفوظة... ولا شك أن أخطر مظاهر التنميط وسيلة، هو شيوع ثقافة الصورة بديلا عن ثقافة الكلمة، ولقد أصبحت الصورة لها تصميما خاصا وصفة غامضة بين المغامرة والشهرة تصميما مكانيا وزمانيا، فإن لسحر الصورة المبرمجة مكانتها المثيرة، والسحرية في نفوس الآخرين. لذلك يتطلب الأمر بضرورة تثقيف الشباب والأخذ في عين الاعتبار المتغيرات المؤثرة في سلوك الإنسان مثل متغير الجنس، والمحيط العائلي والمنحدر البيئي في غياب تقاليد البرمجة والتنظيم للوقت الحر وإن كان هنالك وعي بضرورة الترفيه وأن للترفيه دوره وفاعليته ولكن التعامل مع الترفيه يخضع لمنطق المسئولية بين الرجل والمرأة داخل البيت الأسري وذلك بالرغم مما تحقق من تحول في وضع المرأة العربية حيث أن أعباء الوقت الملزم أو الإجباري تتواصل داخل البيت أيضا مما يقلص أوقات الترفيه ويجعلها تكاد تنحصر في مشاهدة التلفزيون. دون تبصر بما سيؤثر علينا وعلى أطفالنا. ويطرح الرأي السابق جملة من القضايا بالغة الأهمية، بحيث نستقرئ خصائص مجلات الطفل وأهدافها، من خلال دراسة تحليلية سيميولوجية لعينة من القصص المصورة الواردة في مجلة العربي الصغير- الكويتية، وبإمعان التركيز وتسليط الضوء بشكل صريح على مختلف الدلالات والإيماءات التي وظفت في مجموع الأعداد المختارة للتحليل من القصص المصورة، ومن أعداد مختلفة، وذلك تمهيدا لفهم طبيعة المجلة عموما، ومن ثم توضيح الأدوار العامة التي تؤديها المجلات في بناء شخصية الطفل إذ أن المجلة تمد الطفل بالألفاظ والجمل والعبارات والأفكار والصور والأخيلة التي يوظفها الطفل عندما يتحدث أو يكتب مما يرقى بأحاديثه وكتاباته. ويقول الباحثون ((إن اللغة نوع من أنواع التعبير، ولكنها ليست الوسيلة الوحيدة في هذا المجال، ومن وسائل التعبير: الغناء والموسيقى والكلام والرقص والرسم)). It is reproducible, and through this process, a kind of importance and influence occurs, and then the interaction of eye to eye by watching and repetition of the image, and we can call it verbal and audible allusion, and sometimes it is a visual rather than a verbal image... There is no doubt that the most dangerous manifestation of stereotyping is a means, which is the prevalence of image culture as an alternative to the culture of the word. The image has become a special design and an indefinable quality between adventure and fame in a spatial and temporal design. The magic of the programmed image has an exciting and magical place in the hearts of others. Therefore, it is necessary to educate young people and take into account the variables affecting human behavior such as the variable of gender, the family environment, and the environmental slope in the absence of the traditions of programming and organizing of free time, although there is awareness of the need for entertainment and that entertainment has its role and effectiveness, but dealing with entertainment is subject to the logic of responsibility between men and women Within the family home, despite what has been achieved in the transformation of the status of Arab women, as the burdens of obligatory or compulsory time continue inside the home as well, which reduces the time of entertainment and makes it almost confined to watching television. Without foresight, what will affect our children and us? The previous opinion raises many critical issues, as we examine the characteristics and objectives of children’s magazines, through a semiological analytical study of a sample of the illustrated stories contained in the Kuwaiti magazine Al-Arabi Al-Sagheer, with great focus and explicitly highlighting the various connotations and gestures that were employed in the total issues selected for analysis of illustrated stories from different issues, in preparation for understanding the nature of the magazine in general, and then clarifying the general roles that magazines play in building the child’s personality, as the magazine provides the child with words, sentences, phrases, ideas, images and fantasies that the child employs when he speaks or writes, which improves his speeches and writings.
